All of the other 7-11's I frequent have single use restrooms, so my natural response was to use the other restroom. I opened the door and quickly realized it was not a single use bathroom and shut the door immediately. Within seconds of that happening, I was approached by an Indian lady with long brown hair who asked me if I could read and essentially accused me of being some sort of creep. I can almost guarantee that I was not the only person that was in desperate need of a restroom and opened that door. I frequent the Keller establishment and have had to use the women's restroom several times as the men's always seem to be either out of order or have people camping out for several minutes. The lady appeared to be management and judging by the way I was approached and treated in front of other customers, she has no business being a manager. I worked at a 7-11 for several years and always treated everyone with the utmost respect and courtesy. A simple sign would've prevented me from even opening the door. It was an innocent mistake on my part, but due to this interaction, I will never return to this location which is unfortunate as I usually spend a good amount of money there filling up my work vehicle and grabbing snacks and drinks for the day. I understand her need to voice her concern, but I don't expect to be treated like some sort of creeper or talked to with the amount of disrespect that I was. This is also not the first time. The lady clearly hates her job and needs to find a new one. I've been willing to overlook her rudeness in the past due to the proximity of the location to one of my job sites. NEVER AGAIN. Due to this lady not being able to have civil interactions with people that are providing her paycheck, they will never receive another penny of my money. I will drive whatever distance I to to avoid this location altogether. I will be attaching a photo of myself in the women's restroom of the Keller Parkway/Smithfield location. It's a place that I'm always treated well and made to feel like a valued customer. I told the manager I just got done using the women's restroom and left it in pristine condition. She smiled, laughed and said no problem because I bring them a lot of business and always treated them with respect. I'm an ideal customer. Even if I just need to use the restroom, I always buy something and since I work outside in the heat in a work vehicle, I spend a lot of money. Those people work really hard and aren't always treated well, but I'm still always greeted with a smile and they know me by name. Hopefully the Trophy Club employee's attitude catches up with her and she loses her job. She doesn't deserve it and is not cut out for retail. She needs a job that involves zero human interaction. I'm not a vindictive person, but I hope she ends up in a warehouse making minimum wage so her frown and bad attitude can hopefully go unnoticed. Rant over.

But, because I've gotten gas or purchased food and drinks just sporadically over the years, I feel that I'm only qualified to speak about their car wash. Although there's no shortage of facilities nearby to get your car clean ranging from self service, to full service car washes with detailing available, this is the one I prefer the most. It's the combination of being cheap, fast and thorough that keeps me coming back again and again. Furthermore, this one is comparatively superior to other drive thru car washes where dirty spots abound afterward *cough cough* White Water. The only drawback is the vacuum. Its not so conveniently located just outside the car wash exit. You'd have to awkwardly park in a narrow space possibly blocking traffic in order to make use of it, so I never do. And I've never seen anyone else do so either.

They were…read moresmart in building it and I have a huge appreciation for the multiple exits on 2499 that allow you to both deal with traffic and have the safest options for heading south or crossing over and heading back north. That's probably my favorite thing about this one. The size is smaller so I have noticed a couple of times when I was looking for a particular drink, I didn't find it because there are fewer coolers than your average location. They of course have the fountain drinks in various sizes and they have a decent sized hot foods and ready to go snack section. I especially like their pita chips and spinach dip and their 99 cent sliders have saved me in a pinch. My first visit was a bit odd, the only employee there was peering suspiciously out the window at me while I parked. That made me uncomfortable so I ended up using the restroom and not purchasing anything. However, I have been back a handful of times since and there have always been at least 2 people working on my subsequent visits and they have been very engaged. I can't tell that there is any sort of car wash but unlike some locations, they do have the ability to clean your windshield at each pump. Gas prices are rarely more than 5 cents higher than other options on 2181 in Denton and they are always cheaper than the options off 2499 going into Flower Mound and Grapevine, so that's a positive for convenience.

Tons of seating with chairs and couches, and a large patio with even more options to lounge. Their menu ranged from drip coffee, to lattes, to frozen drinks. I ordered their brown sugar cinnamon iced latte and asked for it to be half sweet as the original comes with 4 pumps of syrup. I'll maybe ask for 3 next time. And the pastries? Delicious! I ordered a blueberry pecan bar and their cinnamon roll. Both were fantastic and still so good a couple of days later. Bartonville is quite a ways away from where I reside but I was very charmed by this little town center.
