The pharmacist in store are very nice. And if you need to talk to a person when you call, a real live person will call you back in less than an hour, usually around 15 minutes. I know they have to be crazy busy, after Winn-Dixie closed all their pharmacies and CVS thankfully took on all us Winn-Dixie Rx refugees. It would not have been fun for all those people to try to find a new pharmacy on their own. But CVS is doing a great job. Drive-through can be a long wait sometimes, but I've also been through the drive-through in less than five minutes. So that really just depends on the luck of your timing.
