I had been experiencing chronic pain for over a year in my quads and piriformis that no amount of self work through yoga or assisted work through message could relieve. He shared this was a reasonable expectation and we began the series. Not only did my chronic pain go away (YEAH!) through the series my mind-body blossomed to a new level I didn't know was possible (even after 10+years of yoga!). I have since started a home TRE practice (first guided by Alex) and go back every 6-9 months for a "tune up body work session". I am grateful for Alex's knowledge, professionalism, compassion, guidance and ability to help me feel optimally healthy.

I made a note to self to book in with him, and by chance I got to meet him in person at a TRE seminar before even booking any sessions with him. This past year working with Alex has been amazing! He is a wealth of knowledge and is very thoughtful and professional at all times. When working with clients, he considers all of their needs (emotional, physical, mental) and is great at then communicating with you what areas he senses could be worked on, and always working within your comfort zone. I highly recommend Alex for anyone seeking deeply therapeutic body work!! Get ready to feel a new you!!
