I had been experiencing chronic pain for over a year in my quads and piriformis that no amount of self work through yoga or assisted work through message could relieve. He shared this was a reasonable expectation and we began the series. Not only did my chronic pain go away (YEAH!) through the series my mind-body blossomed to a new level I didn't know was possible (even after 10+years of yoga!). I have since started a home TRE practice (first guided by Alex) and go back every 6-9 months for a "tune up body work session". I am grateful for Alex's knowledge, professionalism, compassion, guidance and ability to help me feel optimally healthy.
