I worked with Alex over a period of weeks in 2016 doing a 10-session Structural Integration series with a session of Trauma and Tension-Releasing Exercises in the middle. Some of my regular mind-body practices had allowed me to start releasing some old trauma and I wondered if SI could help me get at the 'stuck' stuff that felt sort of unreachable to me. Alex has done wonders for me, I have Ehlers Danlos which is a connective tissue disease, and he has corrected my posture, relieved an incredible amount of pain, and was able to loosen several joints. I found him through groupon several years ago, and I see him regularly now. He always comes to the rescue when I injure myself too, which is often. He is so knowledgable and not afraid to look outside the box which is what great for me. My husband has seen him and still talks about it.
