How many people still have this kind of courtesy these days? I am going to their recommended shop, however, I most certainly will try them the next time I need honest help with a car issue. Over the years, as a female, I have had bad, over charged service and have learned to recognize a good shop that will help with one issue, vs. the places that do a diagnostics and suddenly have to fix everything under the hood.
