The chicken cut in cubes were extremely tender. I had a small build your own bowl of quinoa kale mix as the base, chicken, lightly steamed carrots, roasted broccoli florets, & asparagus. The inedible part of the asparagus was included in the bowl. The edible parts were lightly roasted & tasty even without the teriyaki sauce.
