I'm a bit of a coffee snob living in the Pacific Northwest and they deliver on their espresso drinks. Great menu for breakfast and lunch. My avocado toast was delicious. Note, if you use the kiosk to avoid the line, half and half is referred to as breve and will cost you an extra $1. There is no cow milk, cream or half and half option on the kiosk. I asked the staff and they told me to put notes in, I had to explain that was not an option either. Judging by the crowd at the store, it must be a popular place and they do brisk business - most of which is stay, sit and chat with your coffee. It seemed to be very popular with college age and recent post college persons - I did not see a lot of gray hair in the business (other than mine). Coffee was okay, tends towards more of a medium to light roast. Not my fave. Not sure I want to pay $5 for coffee again - probably won't be back.
