    Slush, Bubble Tea, Refresher

Great service and delicious drinks. The refreshers with chia seeds and fresh fruit are shockingly good! We tried bubble tea, a slush, and the refresher. All were great - I typically prefer bubble tea - but the refresher knocked it out of the park! Adorably decorated with cute games at the tables too!

Tried the Taro Ocean bubble tea and the sponge cake! A little disappointed that they ran out of boba but they did let us try an alternative which was nice. The Taro Ocean was really delicious and had a yummy cream foam in it, I just wish I had the boba in it. The sponge cake was also fun to try!

    Dirty brown sugar milk tea

My two favorites are the dirty brown sugar milk tea and the taro milk tea! It's a little expensive at $8 but the quality is great, the tapioca pearls are always cooked perfectly and the tea is delicious!

I got the taro milk tea and it was SO yummy! The staff is super sweet and helped me decide which tea to try. The decor was also super cute and they had uno and tick tack toe set up, a great place to bring friends or a date!

Lunch with 4 friends was perfect Service was excellent,…read morefood delivered hot and very quickly Four of us got the bento box lunch special so we could try an assortment of things and one, the vegetarian kimbop. Everyone agreed, we'd order everything again!

Great to see representation for Korean food where we would least likely expect it…read more The banchan was tasty but weirdly limited (we were only given four for a whole family), teeny tiny portions (each normal-sized banchan dish was not even 1/3 full...come ON!) , and they never got refilled either. The Caucasian waitress did not seem at all familiar with the menu, so that was weird. The food was very good for the most part but could be better. So many options--nice offering! Strangely, the bibimbaps (we had 3 different ones) do NOT include fried egg on top. You have to ask for it and pay extra for it, which is ridiculous. If the cost of eggs hurts you that much, just raise the price. The menu even LISTS egg as an ingredient which makes it more confusing, but that apparently refers to the scrambled eggs that is chopped up inside the dish. Those scrambled eggs were kinda dry. Also, the veggie bibimbop was missing any flavor..had to add some banchan in there to get it up to par. Chicken katsu over rice was decent. Side of cream soup was ok. Waitress had absolutely no idea what ingredients were in it when we asked, AND she did not even offer to find out for us. We asked her to ask in the back and she never did come back with an answer. The beef kimbap/gimbap was really dry somehow. Like maybe the scrambled egg in it or the meat or both were overcooked and the rice not so fresh. Also it was missing flavor...it did not come with sauce or the pictured fish cakes. No sauces were available on the table. I had to steal some sauce from the banchan bowls to help choke it down. Also they're made just HUGE so it takes two bites to eat each and then of course that makes them fall apart. Really pretty to look at though. The miso soup sides were really good--usually at our local place they give us mild egg drop type soup so it was a welcome change. Would we eat lunch here again? Probably, since we just absolutely love Korean food...but we will learn from this experience and order differently next time. The mochi donuts on the way out..the cinnamon sugar ones were hard and dry and much smaller than the other flavors...so that was super weird. We ordered via the kiosk but when we got home we realized the humans got our order wrong so that sucked (the order is printed right there ON THE BOX, come on people) soooo...check the box before you leave!! The donuts could be way better...we usually get them in Newport News and those are bigger, fluffier, and chewier, but this was a decent attempt anyway. Oh, and the bible verse on the insides of the boxes was off putting. Because of that, we will not buy from the donuts/boba shop again. I feel like this place could do better but they're just not striving to, because they have no competition in the area.

We ordered dinner to take out on a weekday- The order was prepared on time and was packed in…read morestyrofoam clam shell boxes and plastic covered dishes typical of the industry- he foodb stayed warm during the drive home. We chose the salmon teriyaki with rice and broccoli, he kung pao chicken and orange chicken, wit egg rolls to accompany the dinners. The food was tasty and well seasoned, although I thought the salmon was a little oversone and had a mild "fishy" aroma, but not sufficent to deter me from eating it. The dinner was a bit large for one person and could easily have satisfied two adults. The fried rice side was well done. The kung-pao chicken was pretty hot, although we had ordeed it "mild". The most well regarded dish was the orange chicken, very well prepared and quite a large serving. The egg rolls were crispy and filled with a tasty blend of veggies and meat. All in all, this is a decent restarant, but not much different from other Chinese restaurants of its type. It has a "Panda Express" vibe- sort of "corporate" rather than homemade. There's plenty of dine-in room but there were few people doing so. Service was friendly and efficient, I found it a little pricey for the quality, but the servings were large. It is a little hard to find.
