Such bad service at 7 brew on Veterans Memorial Pkwy S. I ordered my drinks and paid right after I paid they said their Ipad died. They claimed my payment didn't go through! I pulled it up on my moble banking app and showed them where it went through my bank! They still refused to give me my drinks unless I paid again! I asked for a manager and she sent a little teenager out to talk to me instead of coming out herself. Needless to say I left without my items I paid for and a charge on my bank account for a product that I didn't recieve. I have also been given two different gift cards for my birthday and Mother's Day both for $30 that niether one had the money on it. They always say call corporate well corporate is a joke too! They never get back to you and they never do anything about your problem! So for now on I will be taking my money elsewhere! read more

My first time here since I was visiting West Lafayette. I saw this place and wanted to try it. It was very unique and I've never witness a drive thru coffee/brew shop. The cinnamon roll coffee with oat milk was very good. I added more espresso to not make it sweet, but stronger with a good taste. I love coffee and this for sure made my vacation. I wish they had something innovative where I live to experience. The service was phenomenal as well, and they suggested what was best for our liking and sweet tooth. The coffee shop was cute and brung back the old school vibes of drive-thru markets. It's very modern and sure cute inside and outside. They have so many different types of flavors to choose from, and sugar free options to make your drink good for you. They have smoothies, ice or hot coffee drinks, and teas. The prices are good too! Ordered the lemon topper and that was not good, that is the reason for the 4 star. However, I will love to try this spot again 100 percent!!! read more

I recently visited this coffee shop and we pulled up to what looked like a potentially long line. We got through quite alright. After we left, we found ourselves a bit disappointed. A cold brew drink had an excessive amount of ice, which diluted the flavor and there wasn't much volume to the drink itself. The service was quite efficient however. Additionally, the menu was not easily viewed in the line of the drive thru so it was hard to decide on my order quickly. I would hope that some mechanism could be implemented for easier review of the menu. read more

Fun and fast, a better streamlined Starbucks without the smug corporate tax evading nonsense, simple easy to understand menu with excellent milk options, prices, and sizes in a drive thru only format. The staff was super friendly and quick to take my order and make ready when I got to the window. There is an efficient minimalist ambiance here that moves everyone right on. My Cinnamon Roll latte with coconut milk was fair priced and tasty but on the diabetes side of flavor, espresso, and syrups. I would love to see more places make their own syrups to better balance sweet and reduce the huge sugar rush of beverages. read more

Very good drive-thru coffee shop. We ventured here while on a road trip and in search of decent coffee. The setup is similar to Dutch Brothers or other establishments that offer quick serve coffee. Frequent customer here and their drinks are consistently good. Recently got their new muffin tops. They're pretty good (not considering the absurd amount of ingredients). They're served cold, but they would be even better if they were heated up. The girls that take your orders are always nice. It's a strictly drive thru establishment, so nothing to talk about regarding the ambiance. Their 7 energy is a great "pick me up" for when you need that caffeine but aren't in the mood for coffee. I have visited several times, I do not go daily, but I do go often. I have had nothing, but great experiences on my visits. I have had a few of their coffee drinks and they are delightful and delicious. I experienced my first fizzy today with guava, mango, and cream. I am glad I chose that combination and enjoyed it very much. I have the app by the other coffee place just down the road, but 7Brew has better pricing, hotter coffee, and text messages with frequent digital coupons, and always puts a smile on my face. read more

Friendly employees, quick service. Kinda pricey though... I've been here twice and the first time was great, the 2nd time was just okay. No complaints except the coffee tasted burnt (on the 2nd trip) and I couldn't tell the difference in flavor between mine and my friends. Will try again though. Everyone has off days! Love love this place. Literally not even joking I got a coffee here the size of a large soda at McDonald's, for less than the price of a Starbucks. I think I spent $6. For an iced coffee that was so good. Their list of flavor options is almost longer than my list of sexual partners. They have something for everyone. And the staff is so friendly and great. I'm dumb so I was overwelmed by all the options. I told him one of the flavors I was interested in and that I wanted a large iced coffee. He recommended the creme brulee iced coffee. And I was quite happy when that touched my tongue. Also they have a policy that if you taste it in front of them right away and you don't like it they will make you a different flavor of the same size. And same price. Don't try and rip them off for this or you'll ruin it for everyone. But I don't go to Starbucks anymore cause I have paid for so many drinks there that where just gross and I was stuck with it.
