It was on the right hand side so I figure let's go to that location due to ease! It was easy to find and close to the Meijer. When entering into the space it had the best ambiance with cute plants on the walls and a fantastic menu featuring hot drinks, cold brew and smoothies. The staff was really helpful and answered question. They took our orders and we waited. After a brief wait, our drinks came out. The coffee with some of the best flavored that we've had. Will definitely make another stop next time, it was worth the break!

I kindly asked if it could be remade or replaced with something else, but the staff declined and told me in a very condescending way I'd need to pay again if I wanted a different drink. That was disappointing on its own, especially since this has been one of my favorite coffee shops and I've brought plenty of friends, neighbors, and even visiting family here to support the business. What truly drops this review to one star, however, was the shocking response I received from one of the employees. She cussed me out, yelled, flipped me off, threatened to call the cops on me, and screamed for me to never come back--all while I had my baby with me. I've never experienced such unprofessional treatment from a business. I can only hope the owner reviews the cameras from this incident and takes the matter seriously. It was my first time and the server was incredibly kind and patient. Upon hearing that it was my first time, she even gave me a coupon for a free second drink! I do agree that the prices are a little steep, a 16-ounce pumpkin mocha cost $5. However, it was worth the splurge. The pumpkin mocha was delicious, filling, sweet and rich. In addition, each coffee is served with a complimentary cookie that compliments the drink quite nicely. They also sell to offices, restaurants, hospitals, universities, convenience stores, and even vending kiosks. There's a pretty good chance you've had Copper Moon Coffee without even realizing it! They offer a variety of coffee bags, drinkware, wearables, swag, and they have a variety of coffees.
