It was right before lunch and I just wanted to break my fast with something healthy. So I decided to try a wellness shot. The guy who took my order was able to provide some great information. The shot was delicious. Made me want more. Had a nice kick from the ginger but not overwhelming. It was also sweet and citrusy. I was recommended the banana split for a meal replacement for next time. Overall, my experience was favorable. I can tell if I lived in the area, I'd frequent this place often.

They have a variety of different protein shake options, with the choice to add in things like creatine, extra protein, wellness shots etc. There's a lot of different things to choose from! It was $9 for my shake, which is a little expensive, but it was so good that I can justify the price. I will definitely be back and I would recommend you try it if your looking for a post-workout snack!

Loved the oat bowls - picked up a chocolate almond butter for breakfast which was delicious! Great prices, great options- cannot wait to return!
