Upon entry, there was a lonnnnnnnng line & the 2 young ladies at the register didn't speak. They had no problem speaking to each other while popping gum and complaining about their work hours. Ummm, ok. Unprofessional. I was looking for something in particular, but they organize their clothing by color and not necessarily by type of clothing. That made it harder for me, so I ended up leaving pretty quickly. I've never had the energy or patience enough to look through piles of things to find what I need. So, thrifting has never been my thing. I may come back another time. Today was just not a good from the bad customer service to the musty odor in the store beating me upside the head and giving me a headache the entire time. I will do a new review if I return.

It markets itself as an upscale resale shop, and based on my brief visit, that's probably true. While there aren't many high-end items, there aren't many goods that border on junky, either. The clothes and shoes and handbags and jewelry are organized, clean, and lightly worn. Very budget friendly. The shop almost feels like boutique. There are two small dressing rooms in the back, and things you don't want are put to the side and added back on the racks. It wasn't trashy with unwanted clothes strewn haphazardly. There's an option to ask Pizazz to hold something if you need some time to decide. The clothing is grouped by size; e.g. 0-12, but not further sorted. I almost like that better because it lessens the likelihood of finding your perfect item is on the wrong size rack. If you have to go through everything, it's more work, but less frustrating. Pizazz is worth a visit if for no other reason than lending support to its mission.

Overall, it's a really cute idea and I appreciate the cause behind the thrift store. They have actual cats up for adoption in the back. Overall, the store itself is a little bit chaotic because there's just so much stuff. All the clothes seem to be just thrown onto hangers and not necessarily organized by size that I could tell. Some of it was relatively organized by type of clothing, and there was a kid section, a men's section, and a women's section Their prices were kind of hit or miss to me. Some things were reasonably priced in the brick rack section but other times you'd get other items that were like $15 which didn't make sense to me. (See photos) Same goes for anything branded they definitely give it a higher tag. For example, I liked a sweater Forever 21 and it ended up being like $14 so I put it back. Furniture was same- $100+ for a small shelf then dropped to $80 but I wouldn't have spent that much at a thrift shop. It's not an antique store in my opinion. The employees were nice and greeted me as I came in as well as when I left. Overall, I'd come back when I had more time to sift through a bunch of things, but not sure it would be anytime too soon since it's highly focused on clothes
