The pricing felt fair, communication was great throughout the process, and they made the whole experience much less stressful than I expected. They also took the time to look at a couple of other repair questions I had for my Tesla and some cosmetic scratches on my Civic without any pressure. Jesse was the one that I spoke to and at the end of the service, he told me that they had checked my break fluid for me (without me needing to ask) and recommended that I come back in a year to get it flushed out since it was still good at the time he checked it. Fast forward a year, I came in and spoke to Jesse again and asked if he could check my brake fluid to see if it needed changing. He kindly did so and was honest with me and told me that my brake fluid was still good and did not need changing and that I could probably push the service a little longer. Keep in mind, this second time I came in I had no other services done. Their honesty and fair prices have definitely converted me into a regular customer. I had a terrible time with the gentleman who owned the shop in front of theirs, who lied and told me I was in the right place, which wasn't corrected until I called Fremont Auto Center looking for an update. Jack personally went next door to check on my car, and offered me 10% off repairs. I was told I could drop my car off the next day without needing another appointment. I met Sal, who has such a wonderful and charming personality, and it was great to meet Jack in person, too. Within an hour, I had the full analysis and estimate, and around 2:30, a couple of hours before closed, I was called and told the car wouldn't be finished, and asked if I'd like to come pick it up for the weekend (which I declined, we didn't need it!). The prices were fair, and their system of telling you what absolutely needs work versus what they recommend to be worked on was so great in helping me understand what was wrong with the car. My experience with them made me tell my husband that I'd drive to them if we ever moved out of the area.
