I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Mrs. B's today to take care of a long-overdue vehicle…read moreregistration, and I can honestly say it was one of the smoothest and most pleasant customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Before heading in, I called to get some information and was lucky enough to speak with the owner, Felicia. Despite clearly being busy, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She didn't rush through the conversation at all--instead, she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and with genuine care. From that initial phone call alone, I already had a good feeling about the place. When I arrived, Felicia greeted me warmly and immediately put me at ease. What I had expected to be a stressful ordeal was handled with such professionalism and efficiency that I left wondering why I hadn't come to Mrs. B's sooner. She took care of everything quickly, clearly explained what was being done, and never once made me feel like just another customer. Her attention to detail and personable nature made the entire process feel effortless. Felicia is truly a gem. It's rare these days to come across someone who not only understands what real customer service looks like but also lives and breathes it in how she runs her business. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps and takes pride in making their experience a positive one. Businesses like Mrs. B's are what give a town character--they're the kind of places you want to support and tell others about. Livermore is lucky to have this kind of service available, and I'll be handling all of my vehicle registrations here moving forward. If you're reading this and considering where to go for DMV services--stop searching. Do yourself a favor and go visit Mrs. B's. You won't regret it. Thank you again, Felicia, for making a frustrating situation not only manageable but actually enjoyable. Keep doing what you're doing--you've absolutely earned a loyal customer.

If you're looking for reliable Apostille and Notary services, I highly recommend checking out this…read morelocal business! Helen is extremely knowledgeable about the Apostille process and takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer your questions, and guide you through each step to make sure you have everything you need to obtain your certificate and stamp. She offers a variety of services, is thorough and patient, and never makes you feel rushed. Most importantly, she makes sure the process is done correctly the first time. I personally opted for her courier service, where she handles the trip to the California Secretary of State's office in Sacramento for an additional fee. I found her pricing to be very fair and reasonable, especially considering the convenience and peace of mind it provides. Her office is conveniently located on Main Street with plenty of parking, making the whole experience even easier. Let's support our local small businesses! This one is truly a gem, and I'm happy to recommend Helen to anyone who needs Apostille or Notary services.

Totally Notary and Vehicle Registration Service has been a dream come true for me in regard to my…read morevehicles. They have taken care of all of my family's vehicles and all of the nuances in between. Not only did they help me accomplish all of my goals but they answered all of my questions and I am confident in their expertise. They have helped me sort out my vehicle registration when the DMV couldn't/refused and have since become an asset which I will continue using for all of my vehicles. They understand that I have multiple vehicles registered at different residences and my mailing address is different then the vehicle's registered address. I feel 100% confident that they will guide me and help me accomplish whatever goals I have related to vehicle title/registration issues. They also issue new vehicle license plates along with tags for new vehicles which is something the dealership I purchased my truck from did not do. I will recommend them to clients for my personal business for Notary services and for family/friends with vehicle questions/concerns.

I first heard about this company from a friend who works at another law firm in Walnut Creek. She…read morehad spoken very highly of their service and described them as very reasonably priced with great attention to detail. Not long after, I met a couple of their representatives at one of the Legal Professionals meetings I regularly attend. It's important to me and to my employers that we trust the companies that handle our business. Getting to know the employees is an important part of that so it has been nice each time I've encountered them at these meetings ~ they all have wonderfully outgoing personalities and really seem to care about the company they work for. This makes it easy to call when we have a question or need service, and have confidence that the company is concerned about our needs and time frames. Certainly anyone who works in the legal field knows how stressful deadlines can be. I can't state how awesome it is that QUiVX doesn't charge for rush service. Their prices are pretty comparable to similar businesses but I don't know another place that offers their speedy service without an additional charge. I'm not saying it's good to wait until the last minute, but things happen in a busy firm and it's nice to work with people that understand this. QUiVX does scanning for e-copies as well as regular document reproduction. We have a personal rep who came and met with me to introduce himself and has since picked up orders from this office. I'm really happy with his friendly and professional attitude when he's here. We don't do a lot of document reproduction in this firm but every time we've needed this service we're been extremely satisfied with the accurate, efficient work product we've received.
