I have yet to meet Olin, but the fact that he actually took my call is a vast improvement over the other 2 notaries I called yesterday, left a message to call back, and heard nothing from either of them today. We needed notary service where my husband and I had to sign a paper but with two young children under age of 3 it is challenging to take them out and do a "boring errand" according to my children. Hmm. Told me to take my business elsewhere because I didn't want to be charged $5 dollars to print ONE page? I was just trying to figure out if I was going to run out to a FedEx Kinko's and have it printed for .80 cents vs. having him do it for 5 dollars. My ink is out, waiting for a delivery today. Then he said he would charge zero to print it, and then I said well lets split the difference at 2 dollars? He said we 'weren't communicating well' and to take my business elsewhere. He was very polite about blowing me off though. So strange since I said I would pay for something he offered for free! Recently we needed to have some documents notarized, Living Will, Trust, all that. Not exactly the most fun thing to do but necessary people! There were a bunch of signatures and forms to weed through and Olin was very helpful in getting us taken care of. He helped me review the documents to make sure all were finished correctly and had some helpful tips about storing them off site. I found his prices to be reasonable, to have someone come to your home on a single day notice is kind of asking a lot but he showed up on time and ready to handle business. I'm not a very price conscious consumer, I'm sure you could pay less if you went to a store or something like that, but for the convenience, there is nothing better than a house call! He even offered to waive part of his fee but I believe in paying people for their time so I paid him what he normally charges. I appreciate having a service like this and it made it super easy vs. going to a store during business hours and waiting in line. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again. This is not an expensive item and for the convenience it is well worth it, not to mention the privacy of not having your personal business on display for all to see at a store. read more

Called him for Notary that needed to be done today. He said he would do it after the signing he was at. I didn't hear from him so I called him. He said he was at his driveway and that he can't do it. I said why didn't he just let me know so I could look for someone else and he stated he never agreed (which he did). I have him 2 stars because he picked up his phone and was courteous. read more

I called Olin for a notary at 3pm he came by 3:30 or 3:45! I did not think he was going to be that fast at all and I was amazed! He asked what time do I need him and I said whatever time is best for him but same day if possible, he asked where I was at and I told him and he said "sure, I'll be on my way now" I couldn't believe it!
