They checked my car, gave me a quote and provided feedback regarding what the car actually needs. I spoke to my brother and went to another repair shop where they priced it much higher. So the following few days I called back to bring in my car for service. Craig reassured me that the brakes were not issue but other issues would be the issue and make the car unsafe to drive. They were kind enough to lend me a loaner car for the weekend, and to my surprise, I got a call Friday evening that my car was ready for a pick up! The whole team was super friendly, it's a family owned business and it shows. They have me a clear itemized breakdown of everything that needed work, no pressure or upselling and were very accommodating throughout the process. Overall it was a smooth experience, and I look forward to coming back when needed!

M3 in 3 words: Convenient, Transparent, Affordable Mario in…read more3 words: Friendly, Professional, Talented I was initially skeptical about mobile mechanic service, but a referral from AutoZone led me to Mario's Mobile Mechanic and I'm glad it did. From the first text, Mario was responsive and professional. Speaking directly with the owner and mechanic Mario on the phone, he was incredibly helpful and was able to diagnose multiple root causes of my Acura TL based on my feedback alone. What really impressed me was the pricing. Mario quoted me almost 50% below what I was quoted at two separate dealerships and a local service station. When scheduling came up, he fit me in that same week. On service day, he texted when he was on his way and arrived exactly on time. Beyond the actual work, which he executed with all the proper tools, Mario walked me through everything that was done, provided an itemized receipt with warranty information, and asked me to follow up with him. This transparency and attention to detail made me feel confident in the service, unlike the disconnect you sometimes feel after visiting a dealership. I highly recommend Mario, not only for the convenience of mobile service, but for his professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for customer satisfaction. Five stars. On a side note, I really think this might be the business model of the future for auto maintinence and repair. I have my groceries, packages, uber's, etc come to my house. Why not have my mechanic services as well. Someone will make a billion dollars from this amazing business model with the right App and Marketing team.

I dropped off my new car to get a nail taken out, and ended up with a dent on my passenger side. While I was putting my book bag in the passenger side, I noticed a pretty large crease going horizontally. Niazi insisted that he didn't know what happened, but that he would take responsibility since it happened at his shop. The bad: he sent me to his nephew's body shop for repairs, that lead to other damages, but I'll leave it for that shop's review. His nephew, like him, was really nice. But again, nice doesn't make up for damages. The bottom line: a dent shouldn't have been made for a simple nail removal and patch job.
