He called in owner Brandon with a much bigger truck who arrived shortly thereafter. Brandon was extremely careful removing my car. Ever so gingerly he tugged at the chain, checking the obstacles every few inches, using every tool at his disposal to dislodge it from the miry bog with surgical precision. When he finally pulled it out the car was in (almost) perfect condition. Against all odds, Brandon did absolutely no damage while removing it and saved my car from the ditch. He told me he's been towing cars for 2/3 of his life and it shows. If you need expert service in a timely manor you need Byrn's.

Jonathon was calm, thoughtful, courteous, and incredibly professional through the entire ordeal. Not only did he handle everything quickly and safely, but he also drove me 50 miles home and made a stressful situation feel manageable. It's rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about the people they're helping, but Jonathon absolutely does. Exceptional service, outstanding attitude, and truly above and beyond in every way. If this company has more drivers like him, they're doing something right. Thank you again, Jonathon -- you were an absolute lifesaver. We are forever grateful for your assistance.

Chris from Always Towing & Recovery dropped my car off in my front driveway, blocking other…read morevehicles from passing. Before he unhooked it, I asked him to leave it on the side of the house. Chris told me the car was drivable. I explained that it wasn't because it needed a radiator, which was the reason it was being towed in the first place. He then drove my car to the side of the house but didn't tell me where he left the key. I had to ask him for its location, and he then stormed off. Horrible customer service! I will also be sharing my experience with State Farm. This is not how customers should be treated. If you're having a bad day, take the day off don't take it out on the customer.

Woody answered and once I explained our situation, without hesitation he said, "we can help you." He transferred the call to  Gaylynn to get all the information. She was an absolute delight to speak with, despite her morning not going smoothly. Our tech said that the driver who arrived was quick, friendly and professional. Come to find out later that it was Woody. WOW! The entire process, from the moment Woody answered  the phone to the moment our van was delivered, took 48 minutes. 48 MINUTES!! When I called later that day to have the receipt emailed to us, Brittan answered and emailed it to us right away. The price was exactly what Woody quoted.  We appreciate and like to recognize exemplary customer service. Austin / Eagle towing exceeded our expectations! If you're needing any of the services they offer - DON'T HESITATE calling them. They've gained a customer for life. Thanks so much! God Bless, Shawn P. Alpha Mechanical Services Corp.

I was parked in a visitors parking like I was told to do. The sign had a number and said "Reserved. Towing enforced," with "Visitors" painted on the ground. Im was just confused as to why I got towed. Now I have to pay $300 to get my car out. I posted the pics so you could see what I am talking about. The signs are misguiding. Does this mean the parking spot is reserved for visitors? I asked my friend I I was supposed to have a parking pass showing and he said no. And to top it all off there was no other car parked in that spot after my car was towed so the spot must have not been needed or reserved for any specific time. I'm guessing it wasn't reserved for anyone. If the parking spot was reserved then I think the proper signage should have been used. Instead of just saying "Reserved. Towing Enforced," it should have said "Reserved for Resident. Towing enforced." That was the visitors know that it is not reserved for visitors, but reserved for residents only. The place also does not have parking passes for the residents either so that also makes me wonder if someone just decided to call to tow my car just to do it. Why would they do that and not park there? I called Austin Towing Company and they said I was towed for "Illegal Parking." So now who is at fault for illegal signage? Because a piece of paper in a plastic sleeve, with handwritten information and no phone number listed for any towing company, does not seem official to me.

Wayne was assigned to me both times (poor guy) and was so patient and careful with my old Mustang. The garage had parked her nose first to a curb (she's still not drivable but that's another story) and we were pushing and steering a 2,500 lbs steel vehicle around the lot in 98 degree weather. Other problems developed at my house, but I won't get into that. Wayne figured it out and Baby was parked safely by the end of the ordeal. Not only all that, but they were less expensive than the other 3 places I called - by about $40. Thanx Orr!
