I ordered a shirt on 6/11/2026. It is 7/28/2026 and I have not received it. I have sent multiple emails to the company to inquire about the status and called their contact number twice on different dates; leaving a request for a return call to no avail. Buyers beware. My line sisters and I ordered custom sorority jackets from 610 Greek on June 10, 2025 with a promised 8 to 10 week turnaround. It is now November 2025, five months later, and we still do not have our jackets. Every completion date we were given was pushed back. We received multiple new timelines, and every single one passed with no product. The most recent completion date was scheduled for Saturday, and one hour before pickup Tara reached out to say the jackets still were not ready because they had call-outs. That excuse has been repeated several times. Staffing issues are not the customer's responsibility. If you cannot fulfill orders within your own stated timeline, you should not accept the order. When we were shown a sample jacket, the quality was unacceptable including hanging threads, uneven stitching, and an unfinished, low-quality appearance. (minus the violet as our line agreed to remove). When we requested a refund, we were told they cannot afford to issue refunds, meaning the money we paid was spent without producing the product. Instead they offered a 30 dollar credit and a shirt, which we do not want and will not use. I will never patronize this business again. I simply want my 155 dollars refunded to my original payment method. We have been patient and respectful for five months, and still have no jackets. At this point, I no longer want the product. By the time jackets are completed, if they ever are, it will be warm outside again. What makes this even more disappointing is that this business is run by a soror. Instead of sisterhood and excellence, we have experienced excuses, delays, and poor craftsmanship. Buyers beware. Run the opposite direction. Choose another vendor. 610 Greek is not it. So very disappointed at the disrespectful manner that was used by the owner, Kevin, when addressed about jackets that were supposed to be completed mid- August. This was initially a 6-8 week job, then 10-12 weeks and we are working on 5 months at this time. We are in November and they are still not more than 50% complete. Not one of the 40 plus jackets that were ordered have been completed, not one!! If you are looking to get customized jackets or other customized apparel this is not the place! We were given several promised completion dates with three of those being canceled the day of supposed completion. When asked if we could see one complete jacket, there were none. How is this possible after almost 5 months? All monies have been paid since mid-June and they have refused refunds with no evidence of a completed product. read more

I was one of the parent rep helping the news girls get there jacket. They walked step by step on how the placement would be done and what might work best for them. I arrived 12:05 pm on 7/2/19 (Tuesday) and they are closed although their hours of operation indicate they should be open.

They were fully stocked, I wasn't expecting much because it's small, but they had everything! Also the merchandise was unique.

Being that I go to college in Alabama there are no greek shops in the area. Upon returning home to Houston I found 610 Greek and visited to pick up a line jacket seeing as we didn't get one. I was able to find exactly what I needed and then some and the prices were great. The cashier was so nice and was wonderful to talk to as was the owner. I needed a shirt at the last minute and didn't have time to order one online. A Google search brought me to 610 Greek and I'm so glad it did! They have a wide variety of NPHC apparel and designs. Although I was looking for a t-shirt, I saw beautiful sweaters, jackets and long sleeve shirts as well. The prices are great so I actually ended up buying two items rather than one.
