BUYER BEWARE: It's…read moreonly been 3 months and the photos I'm Adding here to yelp are from both the first and SECOND attempt of ALTIUS to re-wrap the car. (You May not notice which one was the re-wrap because it's equally as bad as the first wrap) I chose this company because the reviews looked good and so did their work. I also like to support local small businesses. I wish I had not in this case. We've had this Kia wrapped before from another company and it was flawless. The photos you see are only THREE months into the wrap job after being wrapped a second time because the first wrap job looked absolutely horrible. The owner continuously had me talk to his secretary and wouldn't own up to just doing a horrible job either the first or second time. The first attempt: it was peeling up in many areas when I arrived to pick up the car. The logo on back windshield was crooked and looked cut VERY choppy along the edges. On BOTH the first and second wrap of this vehicle through ALTIUS, we have dealt with peeling almost immediately. Sidd (owner) first blamed the product. It must be a bad roll. The second time, Sidd said "we will fix this at a later date". WHAT?! I had already spent over two weeks of this dealing with them to get the vehicle wrapped and re-wrapped not to mention multiple Uber trips from the heights to their location. After realizing the second attempt was almost as bad as the first, I knew, they could not make this right and we couldn't sacrifice leaving our company vehicle for a full other week. There were many failed promises as to when the work would be done (both times) and I could not get Sidd (owner) on the phone or by email even though their company consists of just a few members. Sidd forced his secretary to do "the negotiating" when we said we want a refund. In the end we weren't able to get what we paid for and our warranty was voided . (Even though the product was failing when I picked up the car). I've spent SOOOOOO much time going back and forth with this company (not to mention the $$$$$) and regret having to spend time typing this out, but I figured it's only fair to others. We will be taking our next vehicles and company trailers back to the previous wrap business. Bad wrap Failed design (both Times printed wrong even after clarifying and having them do a mock-up that we agreed on).

They have also done great work on our monument sign outside of our building. Lastly, they have recovered two big signs which are attached to the entrance wall of our building. If anything is off, even slightly, then Sidd gets involved and makes it perfect. ALTIUS also handled our monument signage at our old building. They arrived one hour late to the first remediation appointment, two hours late for the second, and three hours late for the fourth. They did NOT remove all the damaged items they were supposed to on day one (and said they were finished), dumped all the cabinets and drywall on my mom's lawn instead of in a dumpster as itemized on the estimate, and dumped their beer cans on top. Totally disrespectful. My question is why did they have beer cans in the first place when they were supposed to be working? One month later, the home is still not remediated properly. The clearance tester said he could not believe they left her house so dirty and trashed. He even noted it in his report that they needed to clean up. Basic. After sending them the clearance report and not getting a response, I had to send another email with RESPONSE REQUIRED in the subject heading just to get them to set a time to come back out to complete the work itemized in the failed clearance report. It took one month of prodding to get them to finally remove the bar in the kitchen that was supposed to be removed on day one. There is still moldy insulation in the walls. When they came out the fourth time (after clearance test failed), we overheard the workers saying they brought a particular area to the attention of the service manager on day one but the service manager told them to not touch it. We call the office to get assistance and can only talk to the "answering service." It should not take one month for work that should have been done right and thoroughly the first time. Now, they have the gall to tell my mother that they have moved on to other jobs while hers is still incomplete. This is how they treat the elderly.

I called in, spoke with someone very accommodating, told me to bring in my Polaris slingshot, 30 minutes later, I was there. Arrived, Spoke with Jay, (Very Nice guy), seemed to know his business. We spoke in detail about the work I was wanting done, and the areas I wanted it placed on the vehicle. This was a Thursday, He informed me he would have proofs for me on Monday. Sounded good. Monday came, I called in the evening @ 4 P.M to check progress. No proofs. "I've had a few walk in's today that backed me up". Ok, Cool. I'm good with that! Tuesday came and went, I didn't call or bother Jay. Wednesday Morning I called @ 10:30, Same thing, "They didn't let us work late last night, and I had walk in's that kept me busy". I asked if I should see proofs by the evening, "Yes, Of Course. Ill have it done no problem". Wednesday evening, No Call, No Email. I've cancelled and decided to go with another shop. I'm not bashing the business. It looks to be the absolute largest and most professional sign shop I've ever seen. Business must be great.
