Her friendly and competent manner reassured me and made what could have been a stressful process a pleasant one. When I arrived at the apartment after the long cross-country flight, I was greeted with a welcome gift from Riverside 9 on the kitchen counter: a goody bag with essentials like dish soap and band-aids and a lovely, handwritten note from Kiana. Now, I have rented many apartments in my 60+ years, but this is the first time I have ever seen such impeccable customer service. You are required to have renters insurance. I purchased this insurance prior to moving in, but then couldn't get ahold of management to find out where I needed to submit the insurance policy to. Instead they just started charging me for additional insurance without contacting me about it. Still fighting with them to get it off my account. Zero management when it comes to tenants. Multiple parties on the grounds outside with loud music, visitors parking in assigned tenant spots. I had to park half a mile away with my dog and walk back to my apartment one day. I'd recommend finding another apartment complex in Wenatchee.
