Everything so far is great plus I received a message from a couple landlords which seems positive.

Mold and flea infested. When we followed the maintenance procedure to address the mold it was ignored. We continued while I became very sick, they drug the mold through our house with us living in it. Management harassed us when we wouldn't be silent about the illegal handling of the mold. They forced myself and my children into homelessness in the middle of winter simply because they are to cheap and immoral to take honest action towards real issues. Louise is a terror to deal with and onsite maintenance is entitled and above the rules. read more

I am in love with my unit here. It is clean, bright, and has plenty of space. The skylights are an excellent addition and I am highly impressed with the newly updated toilet and water fixtures. The units come with AC which makes those hot day a little easier all around. The complex is relatively quiet and the property maintained. The patio is the perfect touch to complete the picture but then there is more like the pool, the quite large weight room and very convenient and clean laundry room. I would also like to give a shout to the amazing manager Louise!!! Louise was so helpful through the process of moving. Louise kept in contact with us and made sure we knew what was going on the entire time, she was also super friendly and got us in as quick as possible. Thank you Louise and all who made this happen, I truly appreciate it. read more

I've lived at Park View Apartments for about 1 1/2 years without any problems. Always paid my rent on time and no complaints. My 18 year old daughter had to get an apartment recently because her dad kicked her out...... basically he wanted to start charging her rent because she would be getting student loans. So now I pay half of her rent every month now. I live in a 3 bedroom, but I don't need that many rooms anymore. So I went to talk to Louise Taylor, our new manager because my finances had changed and I wanted to move to a 2-bedroom to not be so broke and recover the money I'm spending on my daughter's rent. She said she would talk to the owners, and that they probably would want me to finish out my lease, but if I promised to stay another year, (my lease is up April 2024), they might go for it. So I agreed! She agreed to reply by email, but after 2 weeks I lost hope! So I went back to the office 2 weeks later, ( they never pick up the phone), and I could tell she didn't even recognize me. She asked how she could help me, so I asked her if she had time to ask the owners about me moving to a 2-bedroom. I didn't even understand her reply. She said she had, and then said something about the fair housing act!!!!! Lol!! What does the fair housing act have to do with me needing to move to a smaller apartment to save money? Pretty sure she forgot about me within the first 2 - 5 minutes of my first request. Six more months of paying for this place, and I'm for sure moving!!! A lot of people are moving out of here. They're treated like garbage and denied help by the property owner because they're greedy and want to raise the rent every 6 months or so. Don't live here! Save yourself the stress and hassle. It's NOT worth it. I'd give Zero stars if I could! It's an overpriced apartment complex that doesn't even have a washer and dryer. You have to PAY the owner to use their washers and dryers. They just want your money, they don't care about you or your needs or concerns. read more

I had a six month lease here after a cross country move and on the phone they were all accommodating and assured us that our unit would be ready for our move in at the first of the month. I signed a lease while I was still on the east coast as my spouse was already working in Wenatchee. We were assured that he would be able to sign his part and pick up keys while I wrapped up the move 3k miles away. We did not get the keys until the 12th, despite being told almost every day that the unit would be ready "tomorrow", in fact I was able to drive 6 days across the country, and have the opportunity to stay in a local hotel for an additional 3 days while we waited for whatever they were doing to wrap up. Upon the initial walk through it was clear that they hadn't touched the place until that morning and did not clean the flooring or carpets--in fact, it was obvious that the previous tenants cat had used the hall closet as a litter box and the carpet and walls were stained and stank. So who knows what that 12 day delay was about--it wasn't because they needed both of us to be present because ironically my spouse was at work and I was the only one able to pick up keys within business hours. After the initial move in, work requests that did not involve the toilet leaking were routinely "lost"--including all the items noted on the move in walk through (yeah that closet carpet was never cleaned and I bought a carpet cleaner just to try but honestly it was well beyond being replaced. The ventilation was somehow joined with the neighbors, so that we could smell anything they cooked as if they were in our kitchen, and we could hear the other neighbor's Amazon Alexa through the walls. We stayed for 6 months. After moving out, the office did not mark our Con-service account as closed, and I had to request this and provide proof that we had moved. They deducted from our deposit because of the gross carpet that was in no worse shape than it was before we arrived. I hope for the next tenants sake that they are actually replacing said carpet. But probably not. This complex did what others could not, in that after a life time of renting we are now saving for a house. read more

This place treats its residents like garbage. Either that or they just flat out ignore you. When we signed a lease here we were given a parking spot. When it started snowing we got a text saying they were going to tow our car if we did not move it. Very confused we called the office and were told that our assigned parking spot was where the snow plow pushed all the snow and that we should have been aware of it because they put an orange cone in our spot. What?! After discussing it with them it was then revealed that we just had to move the car so they could put the snow in the handicap spot next to ours (it's a corner parking space) and then we could move out car back. They told us they would find us a new parking spot for the winter and they would give us the number to the plowing guy so we could coordinate. They never did either. The next snow day we got another text saying our car was going to be towed again. We finally sent emails to the property manager, Jessica, and she never responded to our requests for a new spot or complaints on being threatened to be towed when we were parked in our assigned spot. After digging our car out and moving it for the plow guy we had our spot back. Now I wake up and see that they've moved more snow in front of my car over night from some other side of the parking lot. I can't get to work now. No one called me or asked me to move my car. There is literally no communication from them. No one ever answers the phones or the emergency maintenance number. Seriously do not move here. Garbage. read more

There are a lot of negative people writing their negative opinions about Parkview apartments..........a lot of complainers ? I think most renters don't understand what a good home is AND that You Make YOUR Home what it is ! So, this is my review. I have lived at Parkview for 5 years and have Truly Enjoyed a Lot of things about this apartment complex. Some things I don't like. Most people don't realize what Our Maintenance Men, yes 2 men, Have on their schedules. After folks move out of an apt, Maintenance renovates, repairs, clean up after people and sometimes it's Real Disgusting. Renovating apts. takes time. Keeping the grounds up takes time. Peoples garbage falls out of their cars and blows everywhere. Help the guys by picking it up in the first place ! And don't let little kids carry your house garbage to the dumpsters. I can't tell you how many times I have seen kids carry out heavy bags of garbage and either leave it By the dumpster OR break/ drop trash all over the place and NO PARENT, NO ONE, CLEANS UP AFTER THEM. Don't send a Child to do a Parents job. Come on ! Stop dumping your TVs, beds, furniture in or around the dumpsters. It's NOT our maintenance men's duty to haul it off for you. Take your things to Goodwill. Don't own a pickup ? find someone's to use. Your garbage Your responsibility. Trash takes up a Lot of our maintenance men's time. Help them out please. They could get to your work order sooner. In the summer time they have pool maintenance. Huge job. The cleaner our bodies are before getting into the pool, including lotions and such, it really helps keep the pool clean. Potty your family Before getting in the pool and at regular pottying times. There is a toilet there also. Most folks don't do this and kids pee in our pool. NOT Cool. Work orders are quite numerous. Other folks have work orders, too. You are not the Only One that needs help. Be patient. We are honored to have 2 maintenance men that Really Know what they are doing. Plumbing, electrical, toilets, lights, doors, and the list goes on. The maintenance men get to your problem as fast as they can. Please show some patience and respect. If you were in a house, You would be doing all of these things yourselves and growling about it. Please Be Real. Cold or hot apartments ? New windows. Up to code now. Beautiful and we have noticed the difference it has made. The Old windows leaked terribly. The Beautiful New siding is going on. It's awesome to see what a wonderful job the Siding Crew is doing. The Painters will be starting soon. Yes, these things have been badly needed and now we are so blessed to have these things getting done. Our Manager, Sandy, has been doing her utmost best to manage Parkview Apartments. It is a very difficult job and we a so lucky to have her, it's amazing. Most of you folks who complain about her Have Not Had a BAD manager. There is more to Sandy than appears. She has an amazing background in management and she's good at it and it really shows if you know what to look for. Give her the respect that she really needs. You are Not the Only Tenant living in this complex. There are over 100 families/apartments here. It's Huge ! Be Respectful of Our Manager, this complex and your neighbors. READ YOUR LEASE....... Most of your concerns are answered in it. Be responsible human beings. Take care of your families and homes with respect and patience. Give the same respect for others as you want them to respect you. I'm done. I hope this helps. read more
