I came in to change my phone's $10 screen protector. I had just purchased one from this same store the day before, where the teenage assistant did a great and attentive job, but I damaged it again the same day. For today's visit, it was the owner or else an adult male. At home, I luckily noticed there were multiple fingerprints on the inside of the protector he installed--so he had installed it badly and too quickly. I peeled it off, and to my shock, saw that he had also left the *previous screen protector on!* (so there were 2 protectors attached), and the previous one was the one with a crack--not my phone screen! When there, I had kept pointing at the previous protector and telling him I had purchased it from his store the day before. Sigh.
