Pretty normal cleaners. Located in the 5th Avenue building, near the Naperville Metra station, a family member was so kind as to drop off a load of cleaning for me when I was heading out of town and didn't have a chance to do it myself.
I swung by to pick them up at about 10 on a Saturday, figuring they might open right at 10, at the latest. The don't have any hours posted on the door, which is odd. Someone else dropping items off indicated the woman who ran the business was on "flex time." Mmhmm. Around 10:30, she showed up, and I claimed my items, which had been pre-paid. She knows my family pretty well, and expressed only slight reluctance to release items in to my care - me telling her "they're mine" was enough to satisfy her...which I guess anyone could say, but it was true.
The pants are sharply pressed, the shirts are crisp, and I like the attention to pleats on the sleeves. She even got a little ring around the collar out of one of my shirts that I was about to give up on. I actually don't know how expensive it is (was kindly paid upon drop off - remind me to pay my uncle back), but I think it's more than your standard cleaner.
Probably won't be back, since this was a special circumstance, but they do good work, so I wouldn't be afraid to go back. read more
