If he doesn't answer, there doesn't seem to be anyone else available to help customers or provide updates. That made communication nearly impossible and left me feeling like my time wasn't valued. I rearranged my schedule twice for these appointments, only to be left waiting with no communication. If you can't keep appointments, the least you can do is let your customers know instead of ignoring their calls. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Hybrid Restoration. Reliable communication and respecting customers' time are basic expectations, and unfortunately, I didn't receive either.

In other words, the engine was nothing more than an expensive boat anchor. Although they could have tried to charge me about $600, the good people at Graves charged me the minimal diagnostic fee. This was the first time I have ever brought a vehicle to Graves Automotive and if I have problems with any of my other cars I will definitely be taking them to Graves Automotive!
