Went here for dinner. It's much like a Chinese Food take-out/dine-in restaurant, but Japanese. For a first timer - the menu was simple yet complicated. Ended up getting the Braised Pork Yakisoba Noodles. Service was a little slow, as I could only see one chef/cook working the food tickets (unlike a Chinese Food restaurant where there are 3-4 cooks manning the cooking pots) - but the cooking area is small. IDK. The food itself was very good. BUT they didn't have a "Hot" (spicy) dish. I had to add chili oils and Sriracha sauce after the fact. Can't say I would go back, but can't say I wouldn't either.

The food is freshly made and it's delicious. Every time when I have the chance I go there to eat. it's one of the best food I've ever had in US.

Good enough for that ramen craving. . I've had ramen in NYC, San Francisco, and Sacramento, very authentic ramen and this is definitely not that kind of ramen. However it still is delicious and hits the spot. I did think this time I had it (it's my 4th time coming), the broth was bland. I had to add a lot of salt. But it was good. So definitely worth a try or if you are visiting the area staying in a hotel and looking for Asian food that's not Chinese takeout, this is a great option. The rice bowls are really yummy too. Worth a try!

This is the biggest shame and disrespect I've seen on Japanese Cuisine in North America yet. Nothing here is even close to true authentic Japanese Ramen. Giving people in NEPA the impression that this is "ramen" is not only a disservice but a total sham. No one in Japan eats anything that even closely resembles this. It's like going to a pizzeria in this area and they tried to serve you a piece of white bread with ketchup and tell you it was a slice. This is the exact equivalent of that. smh

It's great to find a quality ramen spot in Eastern PA. I stopped in for lunch and had the beef yakisoba. It was delicious though the serving size of steak was on the smaller side given the price ($18 w/fountain drink). Everything was cooked very well and the flavors were great, though I do wish they added a bit more teriyaki sauce. Overall a great option in the area. Will be back for sure.

There are lots of drinks on the menu and most of them can be made with non-dairy milk and with the sweetness and ice levels adjusted. I had no choice but to visit them during BU move-in weekend which was the only weekend I was in Vestal and it was, as I expected, very busy. I don't usually like to order online but I did this time to save some time and that was definitely a smart move because the line was very long. I was frustrated though because I saw what I was pretty sure was my drink get prepared and set on the counter and then sit there for like 5 minutes because there was no one attending to the online order drinks. When someone made a drink for a customer that had ordered in person they would hand that drink to the customer and then immediately run back to making the next order so I couldn't ask anyone because they were always busy. I mean, it's fair that they were working hard to keep up with orders but I just wanted someone to take 5 seconds to hand me my drink.

First off - my kid who is weird about eating meat had us shocked when he ate almost his entire kids bowl with the teriyaki chicken and rice!!! For those parents like me who typically shy away from giving kids sweet sauced / sugar etc...it was a drizzle on top. Just enough for great flavor, but also little enough to make me a very happy mama! Further more we ordered pork gyoza which my kid mostly devoured and it was so good we ordered more. We each stole two pieces and he finished the rest (turns out running around the crayola factory makes kids extra hungry!) and then he asked for more. Seriously who is this kid? Nope. The food is THAT good! We tried to order the fries...even though we already got way too much...but they were sold out. Someone actually came in from the street to ask if they had the fries. Legit disappointed since obviously we missed out on something great!! Hubs and I ordered ramen for our meals, I got the black garlic tonkotsu and my husband ordered the tartan ramen (the spicy one!). Mine was divine...even my kid enjoyed the soup and noodles once he was done with his food. Hubs can handle spice but was worried it'd be too spicy but it wasn't and he loved it!! We also ordered the bubble tea - raspberry flavored. Yum! I stole a lot of sips from him And for me/him we ordered a pot of the white oolong tea. They even added more hot water free of charge which was very nice! The tea was fantastic. Almost perfumey and very smooth. My kid enjoyed some of this too, surprisingly enough! The restaurant is decorated beautifully with lots of beautiful Japanese umbrellas - very tasteful. The bathrooms were VERY clean which was nice. To close off the review of our already wonderful experience here was our waitress, Katye (I hope I spelled it coreectly!). I believe she might also be the manager. She was solo on the floor and was composed, and super friendly, warm and legit so so so nice! Turns out our car died (thanks 3 year old who pushed buttons during a change in the car earlier today!!) and tk make matters worse our phones were almost dead. She let us charge our phones and offered to assist after the restaurant closed and offered for us to stay until close if we needed it. Aside from giving us phenomenal service, she is just a gem of a person. So this is a semi personal THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts and I hope she sees this review! Long short is that I can't rave about this place enough. If you're debating trying it out, don't debate - just go eat there because you won't be disappointed! Idk when we will be back considering how far away we live, but we already plan to return next time we visit the area!

The big snow storm happened weeks ago, and yet the parking lot had less spots because the snow was piled up on top of them, so we had to maneuver our way into a "made up" spot instead. I had the Korean Kimchi soup ($17), a fabulous concoction of ramen noodles in a slightly spicy miso broth served with spam, kimchi, a soft-boiled egg, bamboo, wood-ear mushrooms, and corn. My dining companion had the Tokyo Chicken soup ($16) with udon noodles in a slightly spicy miso broth served with sliced teriyaki chicken, a soft-boiled egg, bamboo, wood-ear mushrooms, and corn. My carb-conscious dining companion seemed mildly surprised the chicken filet in her soup was breaded, rather than grilled.. but adjusted expectations accordingly. Both soups were served quickly and were fantastic. The portion sizes of our soups were very filling and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. We will definitely be back! PRO TIP #1: Parking is available in the front AND back of the building. The parking lot in front of the building facing NJ Route 10 can fill up quickly, but there is plenty of space in the parking lot behind the building and there are entrances in the front and back of the building.
