At first it was explained to me that payment had not cleared, when in fact it cleared. No mention of my products being out of stock were shared or disclosed. There was no follow-up from Maison Kitsune since. After sending in screenshots of proof of payment clearance, they had informed me that my products were out of stock. Since I found this to be strange that they'd oversell or sell my items to someone else, I checked availability of these on their site. Sure enough, these were indeed in-stock. My case was promptly closed with a refund with no real explanation. Not will I never shop this brand again, I will clearly share my experiences with my friends and family to do the same. There are plenty of other designers and reputable & caring vendors I'd gladly do repeat business, and in-kind, I'd ask others to do the same. Thanks for reading and buyer beware - sincerely, Ed

When he saw how much I wanted it, he upped his price to $90--for a novelty purse, non-leather! It had been in the window so long, it was covered in dust! On principle, I didn't buy it. (Im not so sure the person reviewing below was actually speaking about the Bosch showroom. )…read more My husband and I went here in search of full kitchen appliances. We needed a stove, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher.... the works. We figured there is no place better to learn about the product than directly from Bosch trained sales people. Yet our experience at Bosch was 100% horrible. First - Scheduling an appointment was a mess, apparently they are SO busy that its impossible to get a date for a walkthrough that's less then an hour weeks out. Second - When we finally got an appointment ( we waited 2 weeks) we arrived EXACTLY on the dot and the doors were closed, with no one in the showroom. We waited...and waited and finally saw a guy walk by, look at us and quickly hurry away behind the wall. We knew this was Adrian H. since it was the only guy in the showroom who we had been in touch with for scheduling. He ignored us...and we waited for another 10min just standing outside of the glass doors. Finally a female walked over and unlocked the door and told us they are on lunch and we will have to wait another 10min. OK..... we walked around the building, went to the BUILD.com showroom which was great and friendly BTW. and about 15min later we returned to our now 30min delayed appt. at Bosch. The doors were still locked and Adrian kept walking back and forth behind the displays where we could obviously see him! We were already feeling very upset by this treatment and the fact that we were scheduled for a time during which they apparently choose to have a nice long lunch. Third- This women who's name I can't remember, asked me to fill out some paper work and handed us a clipboard w/ no pen and left...came back a few min later with a pen and stood watching me fill out this super long two page questionnaire. I didn't understand why this couldn't have been given to me while we waited standing outside for 25min prior to unlocking the doors but okay. Once I was finished she "welcomed" us in but by this point we were honestly tired of waiting and upset by the unprofessionalism and by the poor attitude of the showroom sales people. Adrian never showed up/kept hiding ( I guess he didn't like the look of us or something, even though he was the person that was supposed to be working with us) So this women (barley) walked us around. It felt like they didn't want to show us the whole showroom or walk us beyond the front section of the showroom. It also was awkward because it was apparent that this lady had no idea how to sell a product. It was more like "okay what are you here to see?" and when I explained that we are looking for a fridge, stove, microwave.... she looked confused and showed us one dishwasher and one fridge as if that's the only options they have (which I know its not) and acted like that's really all I needed to see and nothing else. She also didn't know pricing off the top of her head and sizes of the units.... It was a mess overall. We honesty couldn't wait to leave & we left with less information then we had. She also promised to email some info she needed to look into but we never got that email. This whole experience was a waste of time. I had such high hopes for the quality of customer service at Bosch but the two showroom people clearly didn't want to do their jobs and deal with customers to say the least. We felt rushed and overall the experience with them running late and having us wait outside while they ate was just too much to deal with after already waiting for this appt for weeks. We ended up buying our appliances from a local dealer who was more knowledgeable and a million times more professional and helpful. I wish we hadn't wasted our time with this "Bosch experience showroom" and avoided them all together. I truly hope the company trains sales people better in terms of product knowledge as well as providing good service to ALL potential customers. I also hope they look into this snobby, "don't care" behavior from employees.
