This bike is TOP GRADE gym quality. And quiet as hell. Been using it 90 minutes a day for the last two months. Addicted! Service was excellent. The guys arrived on time (given the traffic), had the bike already setup for me, removed the plastic, had me sign something, and wished me a great day. Pre-service calls and messages I made (before I bought equipment) were also all answered promptly and thoroughly (took me months to make the move to purchase this bike). Couldn't ask for a better bike or for better service. Looking forward to working with this company. Recommend 100%.

It is, apparently, and has been in business in Cincinnati since 1936. Then when I was using the fitness room at our condo complex, I noticed that the equipment there is from this company. I specifically noticed the treadmills are from there; not sure about the universal weight machine, bikes and elliptical machine, but I bet they're all from Exercise & Leisure Equipment. Only issue I've ever noticed is that one of the elliptical machines was stuck in a mode that wouldn't allow you to change levels or options. When I notified the condo management company she said that a technician comes by periodically to check the equipment and the situation was resolved within a week or so.

While this is a small store, I was impressed with their selection. I was here a couple of months ago and they had a much smaller selection of baseball merchandise. They use the space wisely. They have a larger selection of items for a sport when it is in season. A smaller selection when it is not. They had everything my son needed to play baseball. A great selection of new and used items. Everything I wanted to purchase used I was able to find. The used items were reasonably priced and in good condition. The woman at the checkout counter was nice too. I had no trouble using the Yelp check in coupon. If you are looking to make a few bucks, they had a sign on the door of items they are looking to buy. I will be back in the future for any sporting goods needs.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at the Play It Again Sports on April 6, 2026…read more I purchased an Odyssey putter for $130, used a $57 store credit, and paid the remaining $82.29 on my Mastercard. When I returned the putter because I wasn't satisfied, the refund process made absolutely no sense. I was only refunded $12.24, then charged $70.05 for two other clubs, and told I still had a $57 store credit remaining. When I asked for clarification, I was simply told "that's just the way it is," with no real explanation. Because of this, I felt forced to pick out additional clubs just to use the credit--something I did not originally intend to do. The whole situation made me feel like I was being treated as if I were trying to scam the store, when all I wanted was a straightforward return based on the store's policy. To make matters worse, one of the older employees took a phone call in the middle of my transaction and aggressively pounded on the keyboard, acting like I was an inconvenience. The level of customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful. What's especially disappointing is that just one week ago, I had an excellent experience at the Play It Again Sports Springdale location, where the staff was professional, helpful, and handled both a purchase and return with no issues at all. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to the Red Bank Road location.

I purchased a Bodycraft XpressPro about a year and a half ago, and it's been a great piece of equipment. When my treadmill poops out, I'll definitely go to them for a replacement.
