There was no email or text follow up, so I reached out three days later to ask for a written quote, he said he was out of town for another 8 days and didn't have access to his book. He didn't reach out to me, so I contacted him three weeks later, he messaged back saying he didn't have his book with him, and he still planned to do the project but he was behind due to a storm. Another month goes by... I reach out again, asking for a date. He writes back, saying he doesn't have his calendar and is out of town again, but has availability in four weeks, and he would get back to me with a specific date "as soon as I get back, on the 17th." It's now three weeks after the 17th, and no communication whatsoever. Taking my business elsewhere.

After my parents passed away I moved back to my childhood home in Hood River where one of the trees was rotting. Because of my past bad experiences with tree trimmers I really dreaded having to use one and put it off until the tree was risk for falling. I had no idea what company to use so I picked A life With Trees because I liked the name of the company and I definitely picked the right company! From my initial contact with them, to the assessment of my tree, to the actual work on the tree, to how quickly and efficiently they performed their work, to their outstanding safety practices, and to all of their communication with me, I found everyone with the company to extremely professional and friendly.
