There are still good people in this world, and Cody at Gorge Us Lawn Care LLC is one of them…read more After my father passed away last autumn, our family was left trying to manage things he had always taken care of himself... including all the yard work and equipment maintenance. None of us even knew how to get the lawn mower running, much less diagnose what was wrong with it. Cody stepped in without hesitation. Within about 10 minutes, he had the mower up and running again. When the belt later broke, he even offered to help us get a replacement that same night. That kind of kindness and willingness to help people is rare these days. What makes Cody especially valuable to this community is that he doesn't just do lawn care; he actively helps reduce fire danger by keeping properties maintained and under control. Anyone who lives in this area knows how important that is. He's done fantastic work for my parents in the past, and once again proved why he's someone you can trust. If you need lawn care, property cleanup, fire prevention maintenance, or just someone reliable who genuinely cares about helping people, I strongly recommend Gorge Us Lawn Care LLC. As I was looking around and talking to his competition, he was the quickest to reply and the fairest price too. He just replaced my old torch-down roof with a high-quality TPO membrane, and the job was thorough, clean, and completed right on schedule. What really sets him apart is his professionalism--he was kind, communicative, and collaborated perfectly with my general contractor, who also complimented him to me too btw. He has my full trust, and I'm already planning to hire him again to handle my home's roof update in the future. Highly recommend!

Had to call them back for redoing an all glass storm door, probably the easiest glass to be cleaned. Then I was cleaning interior and saw that part of the large exterior windows was totally untouched. Pete stopped by while I was cleaning my north roof and said they could do that. I agreed. They used a rough/stiff plastic broom that I would never use on my three tab. After they left I saw that one of the tabs was broken off. Pete denies any responsibility. Cost of replacement of that half of the roof is $8600. I will not use them again. use them, Now the screen portion of that same storm door is missing. The only way it would have been removed is when it was cleaned by the employees. Professional screen repair person says he does not have the ability to replace. I now have insects of all kinds in the house from mosquitoes to tiny green critter about 1 mm big. What do I do? Only thing I can figure out is to tape screen wire over the opening. Ugh. Three things wrong in one visit. I think it was not adequately training new employes. The one must have never cleaned a window in their life. Not cheap. Previously excellent, will not hire them again.

If you're a serial killer, this store is perfect for you! If you're not, it could be a toss-up if…read morethis store is good or not. I wasn't terribly impressed by it. I walked in here yesterday because my friend Matt needed to stop and check something in his car. Looks better if I'm "shopping" rather than just lingering in their parking lot. So I went in, and took a look around. I was actually really curious about the store and what they sold. So I was totally game to go in. Who knows what you can find in a store you've never been in? I might have even learned something new! The guy working was helping a customer. Didn't even acknowledge that I existed, so I wandered. The customer left, and I still didn't exist to the guy working. Matt comes in, and the employee makes sure to greet him, ask him if he was looking for anything specific. Not overly friendly, but actually offering him some decent customer service. I'm not a fan of anyone who uses my gender to base their level of customer service on or how much they're going to offer to help me. Which is exactly what happened in here. As Matt and I were walking around, we found some home pond ideas. They do sell the tubs to create a pond in your backyard, which is actually really cool. Now, back to my original serial killer comment... they carry copious amounts of shovels, industrial-grade duct tape, heavy-duty rubber gloves, flags for like sprinklers, and more along those lines. If I were going to murder someone and planned it out, I'd probably come here for all of the supplies to dispose of my victims. Small town, poor customer service because of being a female, unlimited supplies. It's literally perfect for that kind of thing! Which is sadly, the most memorable thing about my visit in here. How perfect this place is if I ever needed those kind of supplies. I don't plan on it, for the record, but that was what I noticed. Would I return? Only if I become a serial killer, as I would actually need this store. Past that, no. I am quite sure I can find the pond supplies much closer to home and with better customer service.
