Fact: Scott Paider was weeks overdue for the estimated date for service. Fact: Scott refused to answer or return phone calls over those weeks when inquiring about his new estimated date. Eventually he replied with a text message, which involved no apology or acknowledgement of his lack of courtesy and respect for someone intending to pay him hundreds of dollars. Fact: he allowed his crew to agree upon an additional tree removal, and only after the job was completed did he attempt to demand a different price. Fact: I would absolutely never use Scott's services in the future. Opinion: His crew was great and efficient, and I feel sorry for them to have to work for someone that in my opinion is an inconsiderate, incapable, moral-lacking, bait-and-switching waste of a supervisor. read more

We have used Scott and Western Edge Tree Service three times. One job involved removing twenty 100 foot tall trees with boundary restrictions. The work was done efficiently and respectful of the neighboring property and cleanup was immaculate. A second job involved removing dead branches from another 25 large trees. Again the job was well done, quick, and this neighbor thanked us for the respectful treatment of his property. The 3rd job was minor trimming of a fruit tree (no job too small). We didn't even know they were there and cleanup, the worst/messy part was great. One time there was a delay in responding to my call, but a minor infraction in the whole scheme of things.
