Scott was very responsive with a straight-forward quote outlining different options and suggestions for budget consideration. The crew was very professional, competent and safe in climbing all the tall fir trees and removing all cut wood with a clever rope-and-tie system captured by a Bobcat on a very narrow ledge. He was friendly and jotted down notes in his book, and gave me a verbal quote for the work. There was no email or text follow up, so I reached out three days later to ask for a written quote, he said he was out of town for another 8 days and didn't have access to his book. He didn't reach out to me, so I contacted him three weeks later, he messaged back saying he didn't have his book with him, and he still planned to do the project but he was behind due to a storm. Another month goes by... I reach out again, asking for a date. He writes back, saying he doesn't have his calendar and is out of town again, but has availability in four weeks, and he would get back to me with a specific date "as soon as I get back, on the 17th." It's now three weeks after the 17th, and no communication whatsoever. Taking my business elsewhere.

There are still good people in this world, and Cody at Gorge Us Lawn Care LLC is one of them…read more After my father passed away last autumn, our family was left trying to manage things he had always taken care of himself... including all the yard work and equipment maintenance. None of us even knew how to get the lawn mower running, much less diagnose what was wrong with it. Cody stepped in without hesitation. Within about 10 minutes, he had the mower up and running again. When the belt later broke, he even offered to help us get a replacement that same night. That kind of kindness and willingness to help people is rare these days. What makes Cody especially valuable to this community is that he doesn't just do lawn care; he actively helps reduce fire danger by keeping properties maintained and under control. Anyone who lives in this area knows how important that is. He's done fantastic work for my parents in the past, and once again proved why he's someone you can trust. If you need lawn care, property cleanup, fire prevention maintenance, or just someone reliable who genuinely cares about helping people, I strongly recommend Gorge Us Lawn Care LLC. We were impressed that the owner himself, Kris, arrived early for the initial evaluation and bid. He listened to our concerns and made positive suggestions on how he would properly trim the giant elm. We scheduled a day to do the work, and the crew showed up on time, worked in a safe and professional manner, finished the job, and cleaned up all of the leftover debris. We had them cut down a small elm tree as well, and they left us some nice cuts of firewood. We don't have a wood-burning stove, but we were able to easily donate them to a happy neighbor. Watching the crew work was quite an amazing thing. They are skilled professionals and fun to watch as they do their job. The bid was fair, and the final bill was spot on. We would definitely use them again. Alan and Bev Eagy
