Came home today in my third car I have purchased from this dealership. The people in the office are humans caring for humans, they do not look at you like you're just a dollar sign. They have tons of free snacks and drinks in the office, toys and coloring books for kids, and make the process very easy. All three cars I bought from this lot were priced fairly. On the last car I bought here a few years ago, I noticed a major issue with the car a couple months after I purchased it. Even though I knew the contract is 'as-is' I called and asked if they could help me. They offered to purchase the part for me and have it delivered to the shop, at no cost to me, which took a lot of stress out of the situation and saved me tons of money on repairs. read more

ALERT, DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! So we bought a car for $10,000.00 plus taxes and more... took delivery on September 2, 2026. The transmission went out on the September 12th, 2026. We sent and email and a certified letter to them on September 22, 2026 with the law stating they have to fix or refund the money. It is a Washington State that they do so. We paid $1078.00 to have a diagnostic analysis done on the car and it was determined that they transmission had been in this condition for quite a while and that the replacement price would be over $12,000.00. So the certified letter is undeliverable to them. Interesting that the post office has this on their website when I tracked the registered letter. We attempted to deliver your item at 11:21 am on September 25, 2026 in ROY, WA 98580 and a notice was left because no secure delivery location was available. You may arrange redelivery by using the Schedule a Redelivery feature on this page or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice beginning September 26, 2026. If this item is unclaimed by October 10, 2026 then it will be returned to sender. No response to the email either. As we did email them the letter as well. They are crooks, Robert I think was his name is a smooth talker and has you do a review of your experience before you drive off the lot. I am beyond upset as this was a car to drive to Alabama for my son to start a new job and now we are just screwed. This rating would be negative 100 stars if that was possible. read more

Another great service and purchase from them! A special thanks to Robert for all the patience and kindness he gave my father and I during our visit there. Bought a sedan from here years ago and bought an Outback just recently from them and was truly blessed with it and the work they put into selling me my vehicle. Diligent and fair people as well! read more

My experience at 507 Motorsports was great. Robert was awesome and the other guys working there seem to be good people. I bought a Mazda CX5 and even though I know a bit about cars I decided to get a pre purchase inspection at a local shop to make sure everything on the car was working. It wasn't cheap ($237) but it was worth it considering the investment I was about to make. When I brought this up to Robert, he even offered to take it to the shop and pick it up. Some of the negative comments here are just crazy in my opinion. First off, people need to understand that when you buy a used vehicle anything can happen. Even new cars have problems. Second, if you want peace of mind, take it to a professional so they can check the car before purchasing it since it is your right. Third, all used car lots have a "sold as is" policy. If you want to play it safe, do your homework and research the make, year and model to make sure that particular generation wasn't bad. I personally did a week of research and then decided to get take a look. I couldn't be more happy about how everything played out. Hopefully I'll be back next time I need another vehicle. Good job guys! read more

I bought two cars in the last 4 four years. Chevy Aveo, manual, 2009 and VW Tiguan, automatic, 2013. Each was under 100k. The Tiquan was more recent but have not had major problems with either car. Do your homework, ask for the CarFax or look it up yourself. Do the pre-purchase inspection. Each purchase I saved over a $1000 on the out the door price so I keep that in reserve for repairs. I worked with Tyler both times. Good guy. I will write again if the Tiguan has issues. There is a small oil leak probably a gasket. read more

Thought this would be the perfect place to find what I wanted. Boy, was I wrong! I found 2 cars I really liked, but playing phone tag with Robert just wasn't worth it! I would talk to him, and he would say he would call me back, but he never did. Id call to ask him how my loan application was going, and he would be busy and never call me back. This went on for 3 weeks. Never heard a thing back, so I am going elsewhere, and after reading others' reviews think it was best I didn't buy from them! read more

A complete waist of time. Took three weeks to get everything to be able to make the purchase, sent them all of my info for them to just sell the truck out from under me. After reading all the other horrible reviews, I am glad that i didn't make the purchase. These guy will screw you over the first chance they get. read more

What a bunch of typical sleazy car salesman. I suppose the stereotype is there for a reason though. They act nice enough but give you nothing but a run-around and then after you've jumped through a ton of hoops to get financed, they sell your car to someone else because they can't be bothered to submit the paperwork to your bank for approval. Bet I dodged a bullet too because the car needed a pricey repair that at first, Robert said they would fix. Then Robert said they wouldn't fix it but told me they'd give me my asking price for my trade. Then Ryan made Robert a liar and was firm on $800 less than what I was assured I would be given. I'll never shop here again and I urge you not to either. Completely ingenuine and mostly lies. What did I expect? Doesn't matter now anyway. read more

Bought a truck from here in June. First day drove perfect took it home and everything was fine. Second day the wheel bearing started going out, a week after it was the cv axles. Took into the mechanic, turns out I'm leaking oil, transmission fluid and power steering. Also my whole entire front suspension is seeping. They did not disclose none of this before I purchased the vehicle. The warranty they sold me doesn't cover anything that is wrong with the truck. So I paid 1k for nothing really. On top of all of that I have only driven the truck a total of a week and I've had it for 2 months. Pretty disappointing read more

I'm giving them zero stars. Absolute rip off used car dealers. We bought to vehicles from them, both immediately had major mechanical issues. Between the two, we had to put 5k into them in the first month. They buy these cars at auction. They must have a dishonest mechanic on hand who repairs them just enough to get through a test drive. Their contract is bullet proof, so the car is yours. These people are dishonest and morally bankrupt. Stay away! read more

Had a great experience with Robert and Tyler. No pressure sales, was able to walk the entire lot without being interrupted by sales people. Would highly recommend checking them out. Great selection of vehicles and a friendly staff make for a good car shopping experience. read more

I purchased a truck then they forgot I was a customer!!!!!!! I came back to the stealer ship today to get 3k they charge to my account without permission!! I was met with a wall of terrible customer service keep in mind I already have made my down payment. And left with the vehicle 2 hrs after the transaction they chargered my card for 3k extra so now they have my money and are playing hard ball and not wanting to take the high road... customer is always wrong here go take you hard earned money else where you will regret doing business here!!!! My 17 yr old is looking for a $3000-$4000 used Honda. Spent an entire Sunday in Parkland, and Tacoma looking at used cars *Spent two hours at Rock Auto in Tacoma ... before the salesman told us we couldn't buy today because, he cannot sell ... and he's there alone. (WTF?) Googled "used Honda Civics" and found 507motorsports, online. Found the perfect Honda, in and out in less than 1.5 hours. *Good people, great selection ... would recommend to anyone. Guarantee we will used them again. read more

Great front staff and easy financing but holy hell the lemon they sold my son. The car was supposed to be his first credit building purchase and has absolute drained us both. Definitely get a second opinion on mechanics. read more

We couldn't find a reasonable deal on our hard-to-find vehicle anywhere near Portland, so we drove up to see one at 507 Motorsports. It drove nice, but the pre-purchase inspection we got at JC Auto (507 generously dropped it off and picked it up for us) turned up a few issues, which is not surprising at 150k miles. I did some research, negotiated a lower price, drove it home and are in the process of having the dealer do the work. No surprises. The only complaint I have about 507 is that their email communication wasn't flawless and I had to (GASP) call them to get answers. They are busy folks. For those people giving 507 low ratings, take some responsibility. If you buy a high-mileage vehicle, put on your big boy/girl panties and get it checked out, then negotiate accordingly or walk away. Don't expect ANY dealer to do your homework for you. read more

I'm not sure where all these bad reviews come from. Robert was fair and honest with us. Wendy was pleasant and friendly. We passed on the deal, but they were perfectly fine with it. No pushy sales tactics whatsoever. I would go and do business with them again. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, went in with my dad to look for a truck so we could haul firewood and hay, simple needs and they had a decent selection online. We got there and the first truck we looked at clearly had major issues as the coolant reservoir was full of foreign material and was missing lid, the answer was basically they ordered a lid, then it should not be out running on the line. However, my dad really wanted to drive a truck and so I gave them my drivers license so we could drive the truck, I have purchased well over 30 cars and trucks in my time and my dad was in auto industry for 40 years so we are no stranger to this process. We drove, dad liked it but I told to him to wait for a day to see how he felt about it. He did a credit app with them, he is an adult so his choice but I was out at this point, I received a letter three weeks later about the credit inquiry they did on my credit (soft pull) without asking or telling me. I understand soft pulls can be done and do not impact credit score, but I find it very unethical to say the least that they did this. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!! Only giving them a star because I can't leave a review without giving them atleast one star. These guys are absolutely scam artists and know exactly what they are doing. Our check engine light came on the day we drove it home and a week later the automatic transmission warning light came on and now it's in the shop and we haven't had it more than 2 weeks. They sold it to us omitting information about the title being rebuilt and now we can't insure the car. We paid 8k cash(debit) and they ran my card and charged us before we were even half way through signing papers. We tried to work with them and trade it back for a car with a clean title after calling them for a week with "we'll call you back" and rejecting our calls. So we brought it back and confronted them in person. Mind you, We had put less than 40 miles on the car and had it for a week when we tried to trade it. (And had been calling since the first day we had the car. They said they would give us 4k trade in value and that was all they could do. We had asked them about this exact thing. We asked if they had any guarantees that the car wasn't a lemon and have problems right away. Richard, the salesman said they "have a moral compass here. If something happens bring it back and we'll work it out" these guys are sum bags selling cars off a junk yard. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS! YOU WILL REGRET IT I PROMISE!!! read more

Tyler was great working worth it, no pressure to buy. Drove my new truck 3 days in a row before purchasing it. No pressure each time, had some issues and concerns. They addressed most issues I pointed out. Was able to make a deal on the truck I was happy with paying. I am a mechanic by trade, I looked this over before buying. There are cars/trucks at 507 that are cheap beaters and priced accordingly, but not much different from what i seen driving down Tacoma way and pac ave. They also have a good selection of nice cars, it's a big used car lot. Just look over your vehicle you want, they will even let you Bring it to a mechanic to look it over. 507 is worth a Shot to at look see what they have! read more

Do not buy a car from this business. Do not finance through them. Do yourself a favor and buy a car from a local reputable dealer who will help you with maintenance if anything goes wrong and actually cares about their customers. 507 are upfront about selling garbage at least. They had nice smiling faces as they screwed me over and sold me a rig with a bunch of stop leak in the cooling system--the head gasket blew up on the drive home from the dealership. WA Lemon law does not apply because you sign 6 different forms when you make the deal for NO WARRANTY. Straight. Up. Crooks. Don't make the same mistakes I did and get ripped off for 15K. read more

I don't know what impressed me more the flat tires or the tire shine on the valve covers. The staff was kind enough to give us directions to the general location of the lot where the car we inquired about was located. Too bad they lost a cash deal today. read more

My son and I came in here several months ago. There was zero pressure to try out anything or to buy anything. Once my son decided on a vehicle, the loan process was fairly simple and easy. Unfortunately, and I mean it too. I wasn't able To get in contact with the owner. I bought a suv in feb, I thought the experiment was great. I came back yesterday and today.... once again to purchase a car....I don't blame the owner for one employee....but I can't get past the employee on the phone to i talk to the owner. Hopefully this will be addressed somehow.... I really wanted that car, had the money in my purse, even offered to leave a deposit, twice. Some salesmen will forsake the whole sale if they don't get the commission they think they deserve. I was actually upset that I went to fife Cadillac.. I even called the salesman to say I don't agree, I got "when are you coming in with the amount" that he chose, which was absolutely different and far from the numbers that we sat down and agreed on the day before. read more

Huge selection and I didn't mind the long drive from Bellevue. Friendly and no pressure to buy at all. The test drive around the dealership was convenient and easy, without having to deal with traffic. Due to its secluded location, it's best to figure out how you'll get the car home, before deciding to go and browse. Uhaul refused to rent anything to me due to weight restrictions and I didn't have any other options but to give up on any purchases here. Plenty of salespeople to help. read more

I bought an 2003 Ford F-150 from 507, changed the air filter and oil, and drove it across the country to NYC two days later. The big advantage of this place is the large selection. You can try a variety of vehicles and pick the best one out of the ones you are interested in. Some are better than others so take your time and find a good vehicle. It's a really relaxed place and an easy car buying experience. Expect to pay pretty close to the advertised price on their better vehicles. Robert was my salesman and he was straight forward, helpful, and easy going. read more

This place is horrible bought a car from them and the engine blew. Told myself I wasn't gonna go back. But gave them a second chance got my second car and I asked them what they fix anything on it before I buy it and after I buy it there agreed they would fix anything that was wrong with it after I purchased the car. Went back to them they said no they would not fix anything on the car I told them that they agreed to fix anything that was wrong with the car. They decided not to fix anything. They won't even take the car back. Worst place ever I would not have anyone go there. read more

Absolute worst car "dealership". Originally bought a Mazda from them & within 2 days it had a handful of issues (passenger window stuck down, heater was on/off working, check engine light appeared). Brought the car back & the only thing they would do for us was swap the car for a different one off the lot which we initially didn't want to do but what option did we have. So we ended up with a Ford, thing has endless issues, screwed us once again. I do NOT recommend this car lot to ANYONE. All they are is a bunch of scammers read more

Today I had the most amazing experience of car buying. I owned/bought 3 cars in my life but never in my life have I ever enjoyed this one. Robert answered all my questions needed on the phone. I was interested in buying a car from them, being they are located in Roy and I in Lacey, he had one of their employees drive all the way to pick me up to get the car PPI. Then he drove back to the dealership. They showed so much hospitality and greeted me with open arms walking into the door. I felt comfortable and relax dealing with them. They tried their best to work a great price for me. In a span of a day. I drove of their lot not just feeling like a happy customer but part of their family. I will recommend 100% to buy your car here. 507 Motorsport I can't thank you enough. read more
