They even discovered a few other issues while they did the install. These men worked all day in an attic that was well over 100F, with tight quarters and didn't stop until the job was done. Not once did they complain. At the end of the day I had a great new system, no surprise or hidden costs. One shouldn't have to brag about the concept of good quality work and good customer service, but with today's standards it deserves a brag.
