We had arrived on our first night to Cinque Terre pretty late, so there weren't many options...luckily this place was close to our room and some other visitors said it was simple but very good so we decided to give it a try. They were right, the menu was very simple with not many options, but everything was delicious! For appetizers, we got the anchovies, the caprese, and the octopus potato cake. The anchovies were good, and the octopus was decent, but nothing special -- I was hoping to get octopus done regular Ligurian style but I settled for it it wasn't horrible.
For mains we both got the tirofe pesto. Pesto is one of their specialties here (along with anchovies), and it was a delicious dish! Would defintely order it again, the texture of that pasta was fantastic and the pesto flavor was better than any I've had in the USA. We got the tiramisu for dessert and it was one of the better tiramisu I've had in my life with a lot of sweet coffee grounds at the bottom!
