I have gotten almost every single service here but the one that I do on a consistent basis is my nose (I don't know what it is but I need that done lol). I always have a different tech and I think this most recent time I got Anette (?) and she was just awesome. I walked in there and said I want it all gone, every single hair lol and she made sure to get every single one. I think I've gotten so many nose waxes at this point that I am immune to pain but I've never had any issues. The store is clean and cute, always smells good. I've never had any issues. If you are having booking issues.. just call them, it makes it so much easier. The online tool is convenient but not easy to edit (in my opinion) and calling just always is a safe bet.

I barely get color from level 1 beds at the 66th street location but my tan from the uptown location looks like I have a platinum membership. The stand up bed (room 13 ) is my ish. I always arrive about 20-30 minutes before close and the front desk clerks never change their friendly attitudes even though they probably would like to deny my session and close up the store. Front desk clerk Amber is the tits, I always leave there happier then I was arriving because of her, she has a lovely personality and exemplifies outstanding customer service. She always is hooking me up with samplers of lotions and doesn't push me to buy it after the fact. Definitely love this location and it's convenient adjacent parking lot as well, which makes parking a breeze even though it's in busy uptown. Also in regards to covid19 precaution methods; the employees all wear masks at all times, they have a nice sealed plastic barrier in between customers and the front desk person. Each station has a chair and phone stand for you to use. The process includes three 20 minute whitening gel sessions and one 10 minute vitamin booster session back to back. Everyone was super kind and welcoming! I felt very well taken care of and they have lots of blankets and chapstick to make you comfortable. I have pretty sensitive teeth and knew that going in, but after seeing so many great reviews I wanted to see how they would react during a professional session. To be transparent -- it did hurt pretty badly for me afterwards with slight discomfort during the session. However, that's not the fault of the business, sometimes people's bodies are made differently and have different tolerances. I popped 3 Advil afterwards to help with the pain. This isn't something surprising to me, I've done the crest whitening strips and knew I usually reacted this way to whitening. The result was awesome! I started at a shade 12 and ended up with a shade 6! My teeth were noticeably whiter and they looked great! They gave me at-home care supplies for afterwards as well.
