I called Sal and he said come on in . Since they close at 5pm I figured at least I'd be able to leave the bike inside for the long weekend. When I got there Sal, and his 2 mechanics Jose and Joe all started working on my bike. Even though it went past 5pm they never stopped working until they fixed my bike. They love fixing bikes the way I love riding bikes. It's the beginning of a great weekend and thanks to Sal and his team I'm riding. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my bike

I had a squeak coming from the back of my bike, and I called the shop and they told me to swing…read moreby. When I arrived, Sal stopped what he was doing and inspected my bike. Immediately, he noticed the belt was too tight. He didn't have time to road test it at that time but he told me how to prep the bike and come back first thing in the morning. I followed his instructions. First thing the next day, he met me and took my bike out. We didn't hear the squeak but he told me to wait so he can adjust the belt on the spot! When has a mechanic ever done the work while you watched and waited?!! It was so great that he took the time to talk things through and give me the attention we deserve. When I asked how much I owed, he shrugged and said a number that I couldn't feel comfortable without adding 50%. I highly recommend and I will never go back to the dealer again!

I spent 8 minutes in the store and when no one acknowledged me I left. I traveled from Long Island to check out your selection on motorcycles and scooters but I guess they are making enough money that customers walking into there store is not priority. Come on guys I walk into a dealership and I usually purchase something. After today I will definitely not recommend going here to purchase anything. Customer service is why we go to work!!!! Most of the time all of the used bikes here seem to be way over-priced, but as we all now, people love to negotiate, and I think the prices leave room for that. Everyone has a right to earn a living. You have to do your homework on some of these older bikes and learn the problems associated with certain models, however, many people shy away from great bikes simply because of high mileage. A lot of Japanese bikes can go as long as cars with mileage and still run great. Anyway if you buy here, at least you know the bike's been gone over by someone who knows what to look for.
