The new home owners were thrilled with how spotless the house was. Needless to say that we opted again for Pamela and her team to clean our current new home. They have always been timely, very accommodating, and have generously suggested us when to do additional cleaning such as windows. The great thing about this company is that they are a small business, cleaning our house like it would be their own. It's seldom I give such a positive review, and I am actually surprised by reading some of the negative reviews here, which makes me wonder about the true assessment of the actual poster or their integrity. Too many times people operate with a lack of integrity, which is certainly not the case when working with this business. When it comes to cleaning services, you get as much as you are willing to pay. With Toledo Cleaning Services we get so much more! We have a pet bird who is accustomed to them coming around so the bird pretty much flies and sits on their shoulder while they are vacuuming. After a recent remodel, they spent additional time cleaning our shutters without us even having to ask for it. Great company with hard working people.

They did a great job. The second time I had given them a 1 hour time limit and was a bit concerned at the job done. I emailed and they told me that they respected the time limit I had imposed and had to make calls on the most important parts to clean. I knew I had left serious clutter behind and I appreciated the honesty and the priority of not charging me more than I had agreed to pay. We came to an agreement for extra time if needed, and the next time they came I did a better job of picking up clutter and the place looked great. That would be enough for a five star review, but it got better. I recently broke both wrists and, understandably, am having trouble cleaning. I sent them a detailed list and an apology for the clutter. They have come twice now and have done an amazing job. They made the bed the way I asked, they even folded the clothes! They spent the time on the places I asked, and I think went above and beyond expectations. I've had places that just don't clean things and it has been really frustrating. This company respects the money I am spending by not going over the allotted time and was honest about the job, and while not rude at all, made sure I knew that the clutter was a major factor. I appreciate the frankness and their commitment to meet my requests, the top one being how much I was ok to spend. I've finally found my cleaning service in Seattle.

I reached out for another cleaning as I was coming to visit my father and wanted a deep cleaning of his place including dusting because my daughter has an allergy to dust. The quote they gave was for close to 4 hours. My father had to leave so he left them to work alone, they ended up taking an 1.5 hours. I was surprised but figured they may have just been that efficient. When I got there a couple days later, my wife and I were shocked how poorly the place was cleaned. First, the flooring was sticky as we were walking on it, his kitchen mat was dirty (very low maintenance and could've been easily cleaned with a wipe down), kitchen sink wasn't cleaned well, I hit a spider web, dust in multiple areas, dirt on the floor boards, prints on kitchen cabinet face etc....... Just to name a few. I honestly couldn't believe it because I emphasized my daughter has a dust allergy and that I needed a deep cleaning. I messaged them and they offered to come back out "free of charge" because apparently people charge for coming back for deficient work........But I opted to skip that and do the deep cleaning myself, as I no longer had faith in their skill set. I will no longer use this company in the future and do not recommend them.
