Kerry said his afternoon appointment was canceled and that he could be here later today. I said perfect. I provided him with photos of my mount, tv, and the area to be mounted. Kerry is amazing! He comes prepared with anything you could possibly need for a professional install. We had purchased several tv mounts and HDMI cables at a big box store, and he was able to save us $$$$ with his equipment which was even better than what we purchased. He was on time, and was courteous enough to call and confirm our appointment and he texted me throughout the day to give me an ideal of when he would arrive. One of our tvs was a bit of a tricky install because of vertical support studs, but he was still able to make a clean install. I would use him again and highly recommended him! read more

After buying a 75 inch QLED tv, my next step was to contact Kerry at 5 Points. I knew I needed it mounted on my living room wall, more importantly, I knew that I wasn't going to tackle the project. After reading the numerous positive reviews about his company, it made sense to call him first. Terry answered my call on the second ring and scheduled a day and time promptly. He arrived on time and brought everything he needed; he even brought two kinds of mounting brackets based on my needs. He helped me unbox my large tv and set it up. He did an extremely professional job on measuring the location of the tv, drilling the necessary holes and securing it to the wall. He even assisted me and hooked up my cable box and speaker bar. Couldn't ask for more!! I will certainly call upon his services when the next tv needs to be mounted. read more

So happy and impressed with Kerry and his team! He installed a 55 inch in our living room and a 42 inch in our bedroom in under 45 minutes. He was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. He was honest after examining our wall and finding that the mount we chose would likely cause damage and fall eventually. He was prepared with a second mount and wire covers we didn't know we needed. I found Kerry's business on Yelp so figured I'd give him a shout out for his job today. He did a pretty big install of mounting 5 TVs and 3 soundbars but he tackled it no problem. He checked placement for each TV with me before mounting and everything is clean and perfect. Fair pricing which I know everyone appreciates when the work is great and works fast/clean. Called and booked an appointment within 48 hours. Kerry was extremely professional and confirmed date and time multiple times. Arrived a few minutes early and got to work. Took a consultative approach as I told him how and where I wanted my TV's and he provided feedback and input regarding height of tv and options available from a mount standpoint. And yes he provides the mount and any cables or extension cords needed. One stop shop. Hung my 75inch (with soundbar) and 55inch in my bedroom. Job may have taken an hour tops. Looks perfect and not a cable in sight. Literally exactly what you want from someone mounting your TV. Flawless experience and execution. Kerry came and installed a 75" no gap wall mount Samsung TV quickly, cleanly and done very well. On initial discussion with him, Kerry noted he'd aim to use a wall stud to guarantee sturdiness, even if this moves the TV off center in the room. Luckily for me, Kerry found things lined up and installed the TV with no other issues. So, count me another happily satisfied customer for a fast and professional installation. read more

If you're looking to mount your tv, I HIGHLY recommend Kerry. He was very quick to answer any questions I had through yelp. We set up an appt. quickly and he kept in touch with me the evening of my appointment to let me know when he was on his way over. He was very honest, professional & saved us some money by selling us one of his tv mounts over the expensive one we bought from Best Buy that was not needed. His pricing is fair and a bit lower than others. His work was very clean, quick and efficient. He is good at what he does, hence the 5 star rating! Would totally use him again! read more

It doesn't get any better than this. Kerry did an amazing job putting my TV up. I had doubts at first because I initially found him on craigslist, and then the same number I got from craigslist my friend gave to me as well from a previous service he did for her. So, I said why not. We conversed over the phone and set up a time with my location of the installation. Most companies call you 1000 times trying to figure out where you live, but with Kerry he used his common sense. LOL literally! He also installed the tv in a heartbeat.ad excellent equipment and cleaned up after himself. I was even more impressed because my tv had to be replaced and I called Kerry about it and he told me he will pass by Sunday evening, no charge! I was so surprised when he said that. I am very pleased to say that I got an awesome tech to get the job done. Will definitely be calling him for another installation :) read more

I was hesitant to find someone capable of mounting my 75" tv that was trustworthy and wouldn't make a total mess of my condo walls. I also had a more complex installation because of where the outlets and cable receptacles had been placed during construction. I'm glad I found Kerry/5 points TV installation. I figured how could this many reviews be wrong? I can tell you wholeheartedly all the positive reviews are absolutely correct.
