I was watching the food come out and everything that came out of the kitchen looked like it was a well crafted well-thought-out and plated generously. Including the bar or the restaurant might serve 40 to 45 people and and I think it's a perfect size for this sort of menu. There are some high-end items and then some lower priced items we felt comfortable wearing jeans and not T-shirts and we look forward to trying some of their specials. Seems fine... until you realize cheese is extra (because apparently dairy is a luxury item now) and it comes with no sides. Fries? That'll be another $4. And what do $4 fries look like? Picture 6 crinkle-cut sweet potato soldiers lost in a basket, sitting next to caramel dipping sauce like it's some kind of dessert tragedy. Proof in the photo -- that's not a "side of fries," that's a cry for help. And they brought the fries out a solid 10 minutes before my burger.
