The EPS logo I forwarded to them was not properly color-corrected, but Tiffany caught the issue, brought it to my attention, fixed it, and even sent me the corrected artwork file which I happened to need a few days later. The finished products were excellent. Tiffany handles challenges without turning them into problems--she is a true professional that takes care of curve balls without skipping a beat. Last week I brought in a stocking to have my sons' name embroidered on it. When it was picked up, it wasn't centered to my liking as I had specified when I dropped it off. I brought it back in and spoke with Tiffany. She is the absolute sweetest person! She replaced the stocking (as the first one couldn't be fixed) and redid the embroidery on the 2nd stocking for no charge! On top of that, she took it upon herself to gift me a matching blanket for my son as well! We've always come here for our embroidery needs, but Tiffany just won us as customers for life! read more

I had a small embroidery business & Jon & his employees were always so helpful anytime I needed anything, in addition, if I ran out of supplies he just gave them to me NEVER allowing me to compensate him! He has a great operation going, with great prices, and great customer service. Someone gave him a bad rating on here, but plz know in this business most people won't even take outside merch bc accidents do happen & when they do we replace them with our merch. I can not ever imagine Jon being rude to anyone. He is truly one of the nicest people I've ever met & I can guarantee u that he will go out of his way to make u happy & give u a great product!!!
