However, the next winter had more snow. We turned on the cables and noticed that there was no snow being removed from our roof. When we called Webfoot to let them know that the cables were not working as promised; they had a representative who came out to visit us. He told us that Webfoot was not responsible for the incorrect sizing of the cables as they hired a sub contractor as the electrician. Basically they said, "tough luck" your on your own. We removed the cables when we added a new roof the next year. I would not recommend Webfoot for any of their services as they told us that it was our responsibility, not Webfoot's. A waste of money. The representative walked me through the process and arrived to estimate the project later that day. The estimate went well and I appreciated the willingness to work with me on various issues around the house. The job took just a little over a week and it looked fantastic! I almost didn't want to sell it anymore. In addition to painting the kitchen windows, doors, hand rail, balusters, Ryan also repaired damaged door jams, replaced three broken floor tiles, installed new kitchen cabinet hardware and even replaced a small section of wall in my laundry room. However; one of the reasons I selected this business (and paid more than other bids) is because of the 2-year warranty that they offered, which turned out to be useless. When the 2-year mark arrived, it was like pulling teeth to get Adam to honor his warranty. He would ghost me for long stretches. After several months of nagging, I did eventually get him to come out, but he had one crew member who spent about 1.5 hours working on the bubbled areas (and there were lots!). Adam assured me his crew would sand/scrape the bubbled areas, but they didn't do that. The guy just slapped paint over the spots. Obviously, that isn't going to hold. Now, I am faced with fixing the mess myself. All of that nagging for 1.5 hours of work by one guy! They also wouldn't fix the front door which had not fared well over the 2 years and the wood was splitting. If you care at all about the warranty, I would skip this contractor. And I certainly will NOT be a repeat customer.

The first time I had them do the exterior of my house (it's log siding so they use a special oil). Not only was the price right ...the quality of the work was beyond my expectations. The owner of the company (Lewis) came back month's later just to make sure everything still looked good. Now that's great service! This year I had them complete the house exterior and interior, as well as my detached garage. Same great experience, value, and results. Lewis is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. It seemed like it was impossible, but the next morning we woke up to dark rainy skies and a call from Lewis! They had the paint and were on their way! We were beyond thrilled! (So great to get it done before we moved anything in!) They were so efficient, courteous, and friendly! The house had been painted a variety of wild DARK colors, so some of the walls had to be primed but they took it in stride and got it done in just a couple of days. Lewis the owner, was amazing. He came back and made sure we were happy, he touched up details himself, and even brought in a crew to be sure everything was cleaned up before we moved the furniture in. He knew local people who he could refer us to for any special work we needed done, and honestly, his cost was very reasonable. We have given his name and cards out to many people -- he is a pleasure to work with, and a good guy that you might just be fishing next to here in Central Oregon!

After that we learned to leave an escape route on the side they weren't working on. :) Super nice guys. Very respectful and easy to work with. Daniel came back in person to check on things and to let us know that they'd be an extra day because they ran out of some trim paint. I'll be giving them a ring when our other house needs paint. This year, last week, we used the same crew to complete the painting after we added 215 feet across the back yard. We are now fully fenced, much to the chagrin of the deer.
