I reached out to them and they quickly looked at the work that needed to be done. Their quote was about what I expected. As a bonus they also guided me about filling out a Fuel Reduction plan with a state agency. This allowed me to recover $500 back from the cost of the clean up. They did a great job on the lot and it looks exactly the way we wanted it. This is despite them running into a yellow jackets next on the property. "We got pretty tore up". I highly recommend Cascade Land Development and look forward to working with them again.

It was a small job, and I called every Asphalt Contractor in Central Oregon that I could find for a quote. Only two of them called back- with the first one telling me they were too busy for a small job. Vic Russell Const called back and came out to my house to provide a quote. They were reasonable (providing a quote that was similar to the concrete quote I received for the same job) and friendly.
