Only two of them called back- with the first one telling me they were too busy for a small job. Vic Russell Const called back and came out to my house to provide a quote. They were reasonable (providing a quote that was similar to the concrete quote I received for the same job) and friendly. They started troubleshooting right away. What they found out is the wiring in the house was weird. The problem was corrected in a short amount of time. They inspected our breaker box and two other electrical boxes. They recommended a new breaker panel and the other electrical boxes didn't meet code. They recommended upgrades.
