You have to sign contract (which I did not mind) and pay for 12 months but only get service for 7 months. The major problem owner of company does not follow the contract you sign and when you question him either he ignores your problems or as have happened two times he blows up and tells you it not his fault or problem. This year it happened because a piece of equipment failed and our lawn did not get thatched when asked him to complete the job he got angry and told us it was not his fault and he did nothing wrong, now our lawn looks very bad and most likely will have to have two sections completey redone. Also on the year end clean up the crew showed up at 7am lawn was frozen so they could not do much except rake the area without grass. Crew leader said they would have to come back when lawn thawed to finish. No one has showed or called to let us know when the job will be finished ----- did find out that owner fired the entire crew of his company. But stilled being billed for contract!

That's the combination I'm looking for. Great customer service on the phone and in person. He walked us through the whole process, what we needed for what we wanted to do, how to use the equipment and helped load it into the car and strap it down. Luke Neathery removed my large pond to install a smaller one also with waterfall. Months before new…read moreconstruction, he plugged 3 pieces of pond equipment into a 2-plug electrical outlet box after I advised him not to overload, burning it up a few days later. He disposed of the box, never offering to replace it. When the new pond was installed 4 years ago, he again plugged in 3 pieces of equipment that has since been running 24/7 on an extension cord with a 3-outlet adapter, laying on top of a nest of tangled cords on the dirt with dried pine needles. Before leaving on vacation 3 weeks ago I went to unplug the doser for the winter and the entire adaptor, plugs and cords were burning hot, blackened and melted! He is NOT a licensed electrician and twice now has put me in danger and my property at risk of burning!
