He and his guy showed up with masks in hand (dang covid) and were very attentive when i showed them around our home and what we needed cleaned. We had spoken ahead of time so I already had an idea of what I was going to be charged. Ultimately it was a little bit higher than quoted, but I believe it's because we had more dirt/need than anticipated for a first cleaning. No problem at all! They use eco friendly cleaning products and finished the job in a timely manner. I was able to pay him via phone and he was very forward in saying please call him right away if we notice any big issues with the job that they did. For smaller issues or suggestions, we will let him know next time which areas need a little more attention! Overall great time, great value. Would highly recommend!!

This is a fantastic cleaning service, Anna really cares about her work, and your house. She came to…read moremy bachelor pad for what I thought would be a quick touch up, and to have someone catch the things I miss in my normal cleaning routine. Well, she stayed almost three extra hours and didn't want to charge more than the already very reasonable agreed amount...of course I insisted and paid more. But it was worth every cent! My house had never been so clean since the day I moved in! The bathroom looked as if it had arrived directly from a Tiffany's showroom--it sparkled like a brilliant diamond. I have lived in Brazil, have gone back many times, and have many Brazilian friends, so I knew that Brazilians are typically much more fastidious, and much better at house cleaning than Americans, and that is why I called Anna after seeing her ad in a local paper. She absolutely lived up to my expectations, and I would recommend her to anyone.

On Monday the three girls came. One thing I did not like was sometimes they would say things in espanol, which made it seem they were trying to hide what they were saying. Well, not long after they started their boss came in. She said she was just here to check on the girls for five minutes. She stayed for over 5 hours. Because she stayed, they cost us almost over $200 more than what was agreed upon. They even forgot their own cleaning supplies. Which is odd to me because you're a cleaning service. You should have this stuff with you. Honestly this experience was a whole say one thing, do another. Cleaning was good but would not recommend.

Edited to add a reply to the owner's comment: All parts of the transaction matter to the customer- including the ability to reach the business to make an appointment, or leave a message. A simple check of your voicemail on a daily basis (or an increase in the size of the inbox), or even a message to tell people that you are currently extremely busy would all have sufficed. Your actions are not misrepresented in my review, and I said nothing to "decrease your credibility"- that would be all you. You could also have just replied and told me when to call, or how to reach you- which would have been great! You did not do that either. As far as "leaving only negative reviews", actually yelp doesn't show all my many reviews from my previous address / sign-ons from another city- and I actually do leave positive reviews. Trying to diminish the impact of criticism by blaming the reviewer is also probably not a good way to grow your business. If you had made *any* attempt to address the problem, I would have gladly changed my review to a positive one, but as it stands- I think I'll leave it as-is.

It's worth noting that Samantha charges her cleaning fees up front at the time of booking. I was a bit hesitant about this at first but I give her props for taking control of her time! I originally got my cutters and moss removal in July. The end of September I notice green moss still on my roof. Emmett told me the reason there is green moss is because the moisture on my roof. We had a very hot summer/fall. It did not rain in those 3 months. There should've been "new" green moss growing at all. It was a nightmare trying to get a hold and to confirm an actual date for his company to finish the original job. (It took over month and half to get on his books.) Some how I had to pay an additional 225$, from the original price of 875$ for his company to come out (not even 3 months later) to get all the moss off. This was a joke and the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. NEVER AGAIN! Please save yourself the trouble & find someone with a work ethic!
