He explained the pros and cons on the phone I was looking at. I made a decision of iPhone 10 that will work for me. Was so excited and then I found out they were just receiving them and I was unable to wait. No blame on them. I will be returning to purchase my new phone when I'm able to stay while they set up my phone. Staff were fantastic and do recommend them when looking for a phone, Very knowledgeable.
