Then from the same number they text me oops they just noticed I'm not new so it would be full price so do you want to keep appointment. Hummm I told you twice before you booked it I'm not new and you still booked it. Then you come back with I just noticed you're not new. It's a lot of bait and switch. That's poor marketing and really a shady way to try to schedule people knowing BEFORE you offered it that it didn't apply and then twice during the offer it didn't apply because I was honest. Trust me. It's the last time I'll come to this business and people should know I'm not the only one. Just beware once they get your information what they do on purpose. I have the receipts !
