The manager is not returning my calls and would not speak to me in person when I was there for another treatment. I don't understand and I'm so upset about this. I am worried I am losing my Money. This is not a good way to do business. I should not have to ask so many times. I am going to file a report with the BBB and contact local TV.

Mistakes happen but the dry apology and not taking the responsibility for your mistake is what gets me. I service clients all the time and if they are unhappy or a mistake is made I always except responsibility sometimes even if I was correct. It is my responsibility to make sure all clients are happy and if they are not I do my best to accommodate....I'm floored at the response and energy given by Alexis and I will never refer any of my facial clients to this facility for medical treatments.

I tend to book either the first appointment of the day or the second in order not to have to wait and be able to get to my job on time but for the second time at this location, I got to my 9:30 appointment early and walked out at 9:40. If they had an issue and were running late, one of the two receptionists could have let me know but I'll find another spa where they respect my time as much as I respect theirs.
