It's not the shop's fault other than using Fedex for shipment. What is wrong with the Royal Mail?
I've had an apparent twice missed delivery where I have been waiting for delivery, work from home and not heard the door. Having called Fedex on both occasions to reschedule, I have been talked down to, blamed that it's my fault the driver won't be paid for his missed deliveries and have had to rearrange my plans. This is a courier issue not a fault of 4d model shop. But I won't use 4d again unless they use regular mail services, of which I never have any issues with.
UPDATE:
Changed review to lowest rating. Contacted 4d Model shop simply to give an update on order, the lady at the shop refused to listen to my update without first giving her the order number.
I asked her if I could just finish my sentence first, and she flustered that "look, no you can not, as I can't see what I am looking at until you give me the order number" I told her I'll call her back. Pish poor customer service. I won't bother. read more
