Eliel Garcia and his team got it done for me within a day and a half. I've been driving the car for 2 days now and definitely can tell the difference. Comparing the cost with what was quoted to me from my dealership and Garcias price, was well worth it to make a decision to get it done with Garcia Auto service. Having made that decision, I am very happy and satisfied with the work that Eliel Garcia and his team did. I would definitely recommend Garcia Auto Repair to anyone that needs their car serviced!

When it did, I went to El Fuerté right around the corner, and they got it done quickly, in just one try. That repair is still strong. Unfortunately, my experience with Cáceres didn't end when I stopped taking my car there. Why? My boss takes my work vehicle there. We're back at needing-more-than-one-try, this time for something more dangerous than just the welding on an exhaust. If it had failed after the rest area, I might not be writing this, as the tire would have come right off at highway speeds. Luckily, I had only just gotten on the highway, and there was a rest area before the next exit. The funny noise that made me check the tire? It was hanging by one nut. The passenger with me remarked about their use of soft-metal hex nuts. This was their handiwork from the last time the same wheel fell off. That time on a quiet side-street, walking distance from home. This time? Two hours from town. And, their MacGyvering nearly got us killed? No. Don't go here!

Ok, first time I got really excited about writing a review for someone. And the minute I get back…read moreto my desk, I feel like I need to give these guys a credit for their hard work. First of all, I like to recommend the mechanic guy name Chapulo. 1st time I brought my car in for the estimate to get my muffler replace. Because my muffler felt apart and hung under my car, he was nice enough to temp wire it back for me until I ordered a new muffler. I checked a few other mechanic places, and those guys are charging me much more than Chapulo (50% more) to just replace the muffler, beyond that, they're trying raised the price (30% more) just to order the parts. I think they are trying to take advantage of me because they think I'm a female and no nothing about car. But I'm not stupid; I did my research before seeing them. I ordered the muffler online and brought it to Chapulo to replace. Because it was my first time there so I stayed there to watch him did his job. I have to say, he did a great job. Beyond that he also checked the pressure of my tires, and cleaned the headlights for me for free (it was dirty and blurry). I definitely come back to him for other car issues, and strongly recommend to friends/family. FYI - Some of the mechanic guys there don't speak English (they have someone to translate for them), but they are really hard working people. If you consider getting any exhausted replacement, or changing/replacing tires, oil changes etc. for cheap. This is the place you should try.

I brought my car into Boxer to have them do an oil change - here is what the bill lists as services…read morethey perform during an oil swap: Lubricate and check chassis, change oil and filter, check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection, road test vehicle. I watched the entire process, here is what they did: They changed the oil and filter, maybe checked (some of) the fluids. Nothing else. Most concerning, once they lowered the car off the lift, they started it and DID NOT check the oil level again. Like most shops they pre-measured the oil to add to the car after draining the old oil. This is a fine system as long as you get all the old oil out (spoiler - this doesn't happen as consistently as you might think). Too much or too little oil can have disastrous consequences. After an oil change, you run the car and re-check the level. This is peak half-assedness. I wouldn't come back here again or recommend that anyone does.

I'll be bringing my Subaru to him for all future work.
